Clermont County Public Library- Miami Township Branch

The Staff are cheerful and friendly to us customers. I had a problem with the printing process and I had one of the staff member's show me which printer I had to use to get info off my Mobile phone. I had to get my tax paperwork off my phone to get my taxes done before the deadline on April 15th.

I love my local library! Typically, I request the books I want and pick them up when the reservation is filled. Today, when I picked up my reserved selection, my son and I browsed the YA fiction section and picked up a few more books.

Very nice facility, has a computer lab, desks with outlets, vending machines, a kids area, a 3D printer and shelves upon shelves of books. The staff is always very nice and helpful.

I love this location! They have a 3-D printer and if you need any book, they can usually get it! The staff is helpful and very friendly.

An absolutely amazing library. It's got a room for everyone. Quiet space, study room, meeting rooms, study rooms, maker room.

I'm glad I remembered they have printer/copy service. My home printer died, and Office Max employee told me it would be the next day. The document was needed first thing the next morning. After calling to confirm, I went to the library. The staff was very helpful on making sure the process was understood and when troubleshooting a system issue.

Always clean, quiet. The staff are super helpful. Great selection of Lucky Day books that can be checked out for 3 weeks, and wonderful selection of large print books. Like that you can request from other libraries as well.

Librarians are so helpful. Location is well laid out. Stroller friendly building. Clean bathrooms and family friendly.

I really enjoy volunteering here. The staff don't mind my questions in the least, and seem to really appreciate the extra help. They had to cut down their hours due to low funding, but they do very well with what they do get. And because they're so decent to volunteers, there are enough of us to make up the difference. The work can be a bit tiring, if you're shelving books for three or four hours straight, but they are completely willing to work with disabled volunteers so we can switch out with lighter tasks when we need to.

I love this library. The books and movies I put on hold always come in quickly. I have used the printer and 3D printer. They have great children's programs and meeting rooms. The staff is super helpful. I would give it six stars if I could.

Had to use the fax been a LONG time since I have faxed anytt. The receptionist was very polite and professional and helped me out. Greatly appreciated her help

Enjoyed browsing thru the magazine section.Found some new crochet projects in a magazine.

Great environment, they are always there to help you when needed, lots of books to select from. The only complaint I have is that I wish new movies came in more frequently. I go every Saturday. So I almost have all the movies they have memorized. Hehe.

Wonderful experience, very clean and everyone is helpful and kind. Will definitely be back! I'll be checking these books out soon.

i try to visit the library once or twice a week. i love the staff there, theyre always very helpful and not rude at all. i love the library, it’s where i do all of my school work and discover new books. being able to walk to the library and is a great advantage. im so in love with this library 😍
