With thousands of cabinet hinges available, it's a daunting experience looking for replacement hinges. Ovis's online customer service resolved my problems! By sending photos I received spot-on recommendation for replacement of my original hinges in less than two hours, and they're now ordered and on their way.

I called the Ovis support line for help in identifying the correct replacement for the European hinges for my camper cupboards. I spoke to Chip, who was most helpful. I submitted some pics of my hinges and he promptly responded the next day with links to the correct hinges. I only needed to order a handful of hinges, but I received a level of advise and support as I might expect if I was ordering a 10,000. A great company to work with.

Contacted OVIS with a request to replace a broken 25-year-old Euro style hinge and they immediately found a replacement by looking at the photos that I sent them. They were excellent to deal with and even recalled my information immediately after I forgot to place an order.
I had asked several cabinet shops in my area, and no one had anything that would work, but Richelieu Cabinet Hardware referred me to OVIS. Thanks to both of you!

The drawer sliders that were recommended worked great. Technical support was very helpful.

Yesterday and today I experienced wonderful customer service when I called to get a replacement part for my desk. Not only did they have the part I needed but they went out of their way to go above and beyond in customer service when we found out that I earlier had a wrong part that I had ordered. I encourage anyone that needs with products like this to make OVIS there first call!

I received a prompt reply to my inquiry. The parts that I ordered were a reasonable cost and arrived promptly. Theyfit well on my existing cabinet and I will order more to keep spares on hand for my aging cabinetry. It was nice to get some knowledgeable help.

Great experience in getting one hinge replacement for a cabinet. It was an older/discontinued item, but by sending a couple pictures of the broken hinge, Chip identified a newer version of the hinge that was compatible with the existing mounting plate. Easy!

I sent Ovis tech support a request for information about a product I had not yet purchased. They claimed they would reply in about one business day. Based on my experience with other companies, I expected a reply in about a week, if at all. They answered in exactly ne business day. (I sent the request on a Friday and they answered the following Monday.) They thoroughly answered all of my questions in one e-mail. I highly recommend their technical support department.
