White Oak Pharmacy

Love this place & all the people who work here. I never wait! Everyone is always so nice. The pharmacy tech even gave me a handmade mask when I mentioned I didn't have one.

I've been going to White Oak Pharmacy as long as they've been open. Their staff at both the front and the pharmacy are always extremely pleasant and courteous. And the store has a great selection of a little bit of everything. I love having this store here. :)

Friendly and helpful people

I would like to post this recent review due to the change I have noticed at White Oak Pharmacy. I am wondering why the change with the store products and gifts your store used to carry? I realize companies change or takeovers occur, but its not the same store I have always patronized for more than 20 years. I LOVE the deli, and the salads are great, as well as other items. I know the Pharmacy is transitioning right now to provide better service, but I miss the merchandise you have had in the past. I don't mean to be negative because the folks who work there are very nice, bit I'm missing the array of decor and gift giving items.

I called to refill RX, and been put on hold every time I called.very upset with the service.

Can not get to them by phone or fax

Friendly service but that's about it. When you walk inside, you think you're seeing the leftovers from a zombie apocalypse. 90% of the shelves are empty and stocked with weird items. I understand that locals come here for the deli and pharmacy, but the rest of the store is completely bare.

Horrible place to do business with. Never open when I'm not working. Not the same place after changed hands.
