When I called Taylor Steamer they were at my house within a week which is fantastic turn around time. Patrick was very professional and courteous and answered any questions I had. I threw a curve ball at him and he handled it flawlessly! Will definitely be calling them again!!

I have elderly parents and Taylor carpet cleaners have done their carpet several times over the last couple of years. They never disappoint. We trust them completely with our parents and their home. I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough on how amazing my carpets look. I had two areas cleaned. Both areas very heavily stained from my older dog. I had an area rug covering one area that I thought I would have to put back down. But did not have to. Darrell did a fantastic job on both areas. He is both polite and professional, called back a week later to follow up on the job. I have nothing but great things to say about Taylor Steamer!

1st of all, there is not enough good words to say about Matt the Owner. His professionalism is above any type of expectation 1 may have, he is on time with his crew ( he is part of his crew) he's not an office guy, he's right there in the grunt of the dirty jobs with his crew. He makes every effort within reason to work with your schedule, he's no magician nor is he a time traveler, but this guy really goes the extra mile. Once done the place looked amazing, the carpets turned out really nice. Will be doing business with him from now on . Matt, you sir are an outstanding person and an excellent business owner.

Used Taylor Steamer for the first time. They did a GREAT job on a really spotted sofa that we purchased from Norwalk Furniture. Also did the great room and sun room carpet. Worked very professionally and quickly. After they completed the service, the technician assured me that if I was not satisfied to call them back. The following morning the sofa looked GREAT - not a spot remained. I highly recommend them and will call them back.

I'm hard-pressed to find enough good words to say about my dealings with Taylor Steam Cleaning. From my first call to the finished job, I couldn't have been more impressed. When I called to schedule having our carpet cleaned, I was told that they were booked out about 2-3 weeks. I happened to mention that we had guests arriving next week, and that we had been hoping to have the job done in the next week. The woman I spoke to said that they'd take my name and call if they had any cancellations. The owner called a couple of days later, and said that they could send someone the next day, a Saturday. This means that they didn't just take my name and set my comment aside; it meant that they'd taken my concern seriously, talked about it at the office, and made it work. I can't imagine a better example of great customer service. Jeremy, the employee who came to do the cleaning, was great. Informative, professional, thorough--and a nice guy--he made sure that we'd be happy with the result.

Called Taylor Steamer for an air duct and vent cleaning. The guy was on time, very professional with all the equipment he had to set up, taking care to block off around furniture and walls so the hoses would not cause any damages, and cleaned up the debris that came out with the hoses when he was finished. They even called the next business day to make sure everything went well and that we were happy with their services. We definitely plan on scheduling a carpet cleaning very soon and will keep with this company for future vent cleanings.

We recently had our main line overflow in our finished basement and flood our basement. Matt and his team showed up promptly and ready to go! They immediately started the mitigation process and were extremely professional! I am due to have a baby any time, so this was an extremely stressful situation for me. Matt made me feel so much better and promptly got the job done! He also took care of getting a plumber out etc. They alleviated a lot of my stress! Upon completion he made sure that everything was cleaned and he was extremely thorough! Honestly the entire team was great! I couldn’t recommend them enough! They did great work and are genuinely good people. They stopped back out daily to check on the drying process and answer any questions or concerns we had. I’m glad we went with them in such a stressful situation! Highly recommend.

we had a pipe burst in our kitchen under our sink it flooded the floor and went down into our basement it did alot of damage I called Taylor steamer and they were here within an hour on Saturday they had my floor ripped up and already had a game plan. they were very friendly they kept us calm they even broke out singing to us to keep us calm and relaxed. Matt the owner and his brother-in-law Zach are the best people around very friendly always laughing I could not ask for better people to remodel my kitchen I highly recommend them to do any remodeling you need done in your home they are awesome awesome friendly people and down to earth. thank you guys so very much for making our kitchen beautiful once again bless you and be safe.

Today, Taylor Steamer power washed my large Sunsetter awning.....it was very soiled with tree sap and bird droppings. They did a great job and the hard workers are so polite and friendly. In the past they also cleaned my carpeting and a sofa. I highly recommend their service. Five star all the way!
