Maple Heights Campground

We love Maple Heights! Fantastic area with many lakes and streams nearby. Nice little pool...clean/nice bathrooms-even the outhouses are clean! I love the circle-it tends to be quieter and have more wildlife-although no water hookups out there. The owners are fantastic! They are kind, helpful, and know what's going on. I was amazed how "uncle phil" (security) knew exactly which kid gave mine a hard time our first year there only by telling the story...and how he tightened my son's handle bars on his bike. My kids and i have made friends-even though we only get there once a year. Great place!

We had an excellent time! Everything was very well kept, camp host and other employees were very friendly. I've learned though that's per the norm in Northern Wisconsin (not so much in the St.louis area). My kids made a number of friends during our stay😊 they also enjoyed the heated pool. It was much to cold for me though. The playground and toddler playground were favorites of my younger kids. The showers were nice, hot and always kept clean. We can't wait to go back!

One of the best rv Parks i stayed at this season. We rv'ed at 4 different places this year all season long. This place was friendly, decent prices from paying for a month to prices in the shop. More amenities than most places from the pool to mini golf to a volleyball court, wifi, each sight had its own breaker box and Water spicket. I sold my camperbut if I get another one we'll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place.

I have been going to this campground for 30+ years. The current owners, the Reed family, are my favorite owners. They keep the place clean, quiet, fun, and in good repair. The sites are big and wooded, many are pull-throughs. The bulk are permanent sites because do many people like staying there. Clean bathrooms, showers, and pool. Small store has handy supplies. Rec room has arcade games, pool tables, air hockey, snacks, real ice cream, and access to the miniature golf course. Prices are reasonable.

Maple Heights is one of our favorite campgrounds! This campground gives us the opportunity to four wheel the wonderful trails of Lakewood all while providing amenities the whole family can enjoy! Play mini golf, rent pedal cars, swim in the heated pool, playgrounds, and enjoyed a corn roast over our last weekend visit. We will definitely enjoy more time in Lakewood at this fun family campground!

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Staff was very accommodating. Permanent campers were very friendly. Quiet time was observed by all, so the kiddos slept like rocks. We will definitely be back!

The first night we were here, there was bad storms moving in late at night. One of the workers was nice enough to come around and warn us. On Saturday of our stay the owner had a ATV ride which was nice. My husband and I got familiar with the trail.

We had a great time at Maple Heights. Everyone was so friendly. Loved the wooded sites. Clean bathrooms and camp areas. The pig roast/pot luck was awesome. Will definitely be back to camp at Maple Heights. Thank you.

Small, quiet, clean and LEVEL!! Sites are all pull through from what I have seen! Bathrooms all over the place! And a pool! Nice little store! **Watch for the big blue ox when arriving!

Very nice people at a small feel campground with huge flat sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. Im not one to write reviews but felt this place definitely deserves a good one. Clean showers and bathrooms, nicely equiped game / snack bar and store. All with reasonable prices. At only 35 bucks a night it's one of the most inexpensive places I've stayed at so I was so pleased to see how clean and we'll kept it was. We had a great little visit and plan to be back for a longer one soon.

It's clean, we'll run, family friendly, the spaces are very large. At night it is very peaceful. The staff is always more than helpful because they own it. It's our First time here and I love it looking forward to coming back.

We came to the camp ground a few years ago and just loved it. Now its the only place we go to camp.THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. There is so much for the grand kids to do .They are always busy.My older grand son loves to fish and thats how he spends most of his day. Me and the younger one just about live in the pools. I never worry about the kids when they r out of my site.We feel very safe here.Nver had bad experiance.I would love to get a perminat site.

I like this campground. ATV accessible. Dogs allowed. Swimming pool very clean! Warm pool. Bathroom very clean! Friendly customer service. Friendly camper neighbors. I'm definitely coming back with my ATV! Awesome...

We love it here. We been camping here for almost 20 years. If we didn't love it here we would come back year after year. They are very helpful. Any thing you need they try to help!

Outstanding service and very clean . Best campgrounds I've been too . Quiet time starts at 10 which is great so my kids could go to sleep at a decent time . Couldn't be more pleased !!!!

We used the dump station for $10 and showers (they were hot and clean)$5. Didn't stay here but it looked like a nice place.

Love this campground! Family friendly-pool, playground, ice cream! Trout stream access from the campground. What more could you ask for! Most sites pull through with hook ups.

It's such a great place. Everyone is so friendly and help where you need it. I recommend to anyone such a great place to be. The environment is even awesome.
