One of best liquor stores with the largest selection of high end wines from all over the world. The staff has years of wine experience and very knowledgeable ! Wine is their specialty and they offer delivery and in house wine tastings and events in a private room. Located on Historic Federal Hill with free off street parking they also have a full beers and liquor selection! Highly recommended

I'm from out of town but was in the area so stopped in to buy some Nardini Tagliatella liqueur, which has become rather difficult to find. Super nice staff, really impressive collection of premium Italian and Californian wines, as well as some Bordeaux.

The best customer service, ever. Ryan, Kyle & Tim all go above and beyond for their customers and make everyone feel like family. The store is beautiful, they have an amazing selection of fine wine at a great price, and everything in between. Highly recommend, you won’t want to leave.

This is one of the best wine stores around. We always make it a point to stop there to and from Cape Cod to buy what we love and to be introduced to new things. The extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff are always helpful and treat you like you're a part of the neighborhood.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. Tim went above and beyond to help me find a certain Selzer that is extremely hard to find. Not only did he track it down for me but ordered all that the state had in stock for me! And this was just my first time at the store! He had it all ready in just days for me! You're not going to find a place like this anywhere. Above and beyond!

I don’t live in Providence and was trying to order a bottle of wine for someone as a gift using an app with no luck. I called Gasbarro’s and the person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He wrapped the bottle, texted me a photo and even offered to deliver it the same day after he closed the store. Wonderful service. I highly recommend this lovely store.

From my initial phone call to physically being in the store, I can definitely say my experience was nothing short of topnotch. I called to inquire about a sparkling wine and to see if they had it in stock. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable about it and was able to answer any questions I had. Not to mention, he was very pleasant! When I got to the store, another gentleman (I believe the store owner) immediately asked me if I needed any assistance and he walked me right over to bottle I was looking for. He was also very pleasant, warm and very knowledgeable about all the wines available. The shop has a nice variety of so many different wines, I was impressed. They have a beautiful and spacious area for wine tastings. I have been to some so-called "wine shops" where they there are numerous wines on the shelves but the employees could not answer any questions about any of them. When I checked out, the guy at the register immediately knew I was the one who had called and introduced himself. All in all, I would give 10 stars if I could. I just found my new favorite wine shop in Providence. I will definitely be returning when I'm in the area. As for the guys' names, I believe they were Tim and Chris (however, I am horrible with names so I may be wrong).

The selection of wines here is unparalleled. The pricing is spot on, but what makes this establishment so special is the service. When you visit this family business, you are dealing with family members who educate you all about wines. Gasbarro's truly advises you based on your needs, budget and taste; and they do an amazing job. And their wine tastings every week are incredible! Must Try! They're incredibly knowledgeable very friendly oh, and they don't have an attitude, if even if you're not looking to $200 on a bottle of wine. they're more than happy to help you with whatever it is you're looking for and they have a variety of price points. And again they're just really good people oh, but that's fantastic selection of Vintage Wines and other Liquors Specialties Etc

These guys are great! I met with Tim and talked with him about my tastes and palette. He found me a great wine around $12, that I loved. I went back the next day asking for a more unique/special bottle and was quickly pointed to a fantastic bottle that was well priced, and absolutely delicious! I was in town for work but, anytime I find myself in the area I’ll be going back to Gasbarro’s.

This place has been around forever, and I know why. Great selection of wine. They go out of their way to help you. Customer service seems to be a top priority. Absolutely love it!

Great great show with super knowledgeable and personable staff. They really know their stuff and are truly excited about wine and present it in a way that is not talking down to anyone. If you're in the area do yourself a favor and stop in.

I'm new to the neighborhood and walked in to buy a bottle of red and a bottle of white wine last night. Tim and Ryan helped me out with their knowledgeable and friendly service. I'll definitely be back.

Great customer service. They focus mainly on wines but there is a decent selection of beers in their cooler in the back. Plenty of parking, but try to avoid driving there on Friday / Saturday nights through October 2020, since Atwells on federal Hill it's closed off for Al Fresco dining. They do deliver apparently.

Gasbarro’s is my favorite wine store in Providence hands down. They have the best selection, and they always make you feel like family when you’re around. They also have wine tastings on Saturdays which is a fun way to try new things and perfect your palate.

They sell a large variety of wines everything from a $12 bottle to $1,200 bottle and more. The employees are very knowledgeable and can help pick the perfect wine. They also have a wine tasting room which is really cool and can be reserved.

This is one of the oldest wine businesses in the country. They specialize in smaller Italian wineries with an extensive collection of high quality limited edition releases. You also can find fine imported liquors plus a small sample of other imported wines.

A quick update: despite 2020 this place just keeps getting better!

You can go to a big box store or you can reach out and touch. They have the big hitters..... but you will miss the off the curve and most fulfilling suggestions. This is not a supermarket but a personal destination.
