We go to Dr. Meinke, he is the best doctor I have ever had. Great bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable and caring. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I can't speak to everyone that works there because I don't know them all, but, everyone that I do know are wonderful people, willing to help and a joy to work with.
Dr. Meinke is great and quite the personality! Glad he is my doctor!

Seems like everytime I bring my daughters for their regular appointments, we are met with a rude receptionist (or nurse) and long wait times regardless of appointments. During my last visit, I barely got a chance to say "hi" before being told to "have a seat, there are people ahead of you". I recommend teaching your staff better manners and start taking to heart scheduled appointments.

Been seeing Meinke since I was 2yo. I’m 26 now. Used to feel comfortable enough calling to schedule an appointment or going in to be seen. Since Linda and Samantha left it’s been downhill from there. I’m not sure where they hire the support staff from but seems like a bottom of the barrel bunch. Don’t try to greet you when walking in, sometimes you’ll stand there waiting for awhile while you hear receptionists go off about another patient before even being checked in. Even then it’s short, rude and no eye contact…weird bedside manner if you ask me. Not only rude and disrespectful. They don’t seem to take any pride in their work..if they did, maybe they’d call you back when you leave message after message trying to get answers. In the last two years alone, Dr Meinke and staff missed a back fracture in my fiancé and told us on multiple occasions that results from labs looked good but the mychart results online say different. Trying to get a hold of them for over a week now on labs that were said to be “all good” on a voicemail but showing up different in mychart online…it’s sad for me to leave this place because I’ve always loved it here but I hope for anyone looking into a new PCP you truly consider an office that cares more about their patients than this one.

Office never answers the phone. If you leave a message they will never call you back. Fax machine doesn't work apparently. Good Dr's, but a VERY poor office staff. Takes to long to get appointments and NOT insurance friendly.

I can no longer stand by and let this office treat me and others the way they have over the last several years without voicing my opinions. During the last 10-15 years that I've been a patient here I haven't had a single one of my health issues identified or remedied, and now it's piling up into constant pain all throughout my body. No patient should have to put up with these things. I have been called crazy by my provider and the receptionist inferred that I was a liar. All these reviews will tell you to go elsewhere due to the lack of office correspondence, but trust me they have far worse issues than just not answering the phone. I have had scheduling departments with local hospitals tell me this office writes order forms incorrectly all the time. This place is just a mess unless you're a healthy adolescent or a geriatric adult with easily identifiable/treatable issues.

I’m not a patient here but I’m a home health care provider and have clients that are… first off I’ve been trying to get the necessary stuff faxed to get some medical equipment for the past three months. 3 MONTHS! I keep calling the office and telling them in detail what I need exactly and they aren’t competent to fax over the right information, I tried calling last week and their phones were not working, drove there to the office at 130 and they were out to lunch… they kicked out another client of mine last year with dementia for saying something inappropriate, when he didn’t really know what he was saying, and messed up his catheter he had to get changed monthly about every other time. And the receptionist with dark hair and glasses is RUDE and SMIRKY, the drs are nice and very personable though I have to give them that at least, I would find somewhere else if you’re looking for a new doctors office, update here asking again for information faxed and the girl said their fax was down they can’t help me. Also getting X-ray orders that they don’t have ready… this place is a joke and a half…UPDATE a month later…. Still no medical equipment called about 15 times with detailed instructions on what we need still haven’t sent it, called today and got a rude response from the receptionist I’ve mentioned and than hung up on, emailed the board about negligence. Don’t let your loved ones go here. You’ll get no calls back and have to deal with the nightmare they call reception

Everyone complains about them not answering the phone so that's truth!. Not sure why they have those gals in the office if you're not going to pick up the phone. They are the most unfriendly I've ever seen. You walk in there they have their b**** face on. They do not say hello or anything. Shame because Dr.Odeh is a wonderful doctor he goes out of his way. They don't make them like him anymore.

Never answers phone or calls you back. Doctor Odah dropped me as a patient while I was in a coma with covid and didn't tell me until the day I was released from my Regency Rehabilitation Center. He made sure not to fill one single prescription or approve me for physical therapy. I was hoping that the other doctors were better but the reviews say otherwise .

If you want to receive the worst care and the absolute worst call center people ever then this is the place. You’ll never be able to talk to someone on the phone because somehow they’ll always be too busy to call back. I’ve waited months and that’s after their lack of effort put my life in danger and I was sent to the ER. I’ve been coming here my whole life. Luckily I never will again.
