Lifespan Health System

Was seen within minutes after checking in. Met staff, Jessica who initially took vitals, Meaghan the Medical Asst., and Kayla Resch, PA. All were great, professional, and very caring. Will not hesitate to go back if I need to. Thank you all for your help.

I believe Lifespan is a great Health company. Every Company has their wrongs, but thanks to 'Life Span' citizens of Rhode Island are able to get the treatment they need at the end of the day. Children who are suffering with Depression and Anxiety are able to go to Life Span funded programs such has Hasbro Partial Hospitalization Program & A special Hospital just for kids who suffer with Anger issues, self-harm, Down syndrome, etc. Just because you've been treated wrongly within the Hospital, isn't Life Span's fault. The board of Life Span are not in control of who they want to hire, so the rightful people you should call and blame are the nurses Supervisors or their Managers, whoever. I've been Hospitalized myself and never had the treatment anyone of use's are stating, now I'm not saying you're lying or that what those employee's did were wrong. I'm just saying at the end of the day, you should thank Life Span for providing a great Hospital for both Children and Adults.

The $ they charge the middle class with health INS. is unbelievable. This whole organization should be ashamed of themselves in this regard.

Worst billing customer service. Daughter went to hospital in October of 2022, bill emailed in June 2023. Called for explanation and paper bill. No explanation and paper bill will be mailed. Called back 30 days later, paper bill will arrive in 10 days. Still no paper bill. Wait to talk to a rep each time is about 15 minutes.

LifeSpan Health System hounded me over and over for an emergency room visit charge that was completely unnecessary. I appealed the charge by sending in a letter explaining what had happened. I'm convinced that no one of concern read the letter and writing it was futile. Last phone call I received the person was telling me that if I didn't pay it would ding my credit. Their logo... "Delivering health with care." is BS. I hope that something happens to fix this whole healthcare system because it is soooo broken.

Lifespan is horrible, I think they get funding for being understaffed. Maybe you shouldn't deny qualified people for job openings that have been open since April and continue to be open. Maybe you should reach out and say sorry you don't fit this job but we need you for in ER so we don't have to close the unit down. Situation is suspect!

Was on the radiology recovery unit on the second floor of the main building. Waiting with a patient overhearing doctors and nurses cursing and laughing about drinking sitting around doing a whole bunch of nothing all huddled up in a recovery bed for about an hour! These people do not deserve jobs at all and I hope someone sees this and reports this to whom ever this may concern. How awful! Very unprofessional!

Rhode Island Hospital has bad ethical misconducts in procedural operations. I have filed a complaint with the Rhode Island Board of Health in regards to the abuse I received while held against my will. There was a person who impersonated his position as a Doctor of Psychiatry and come to find out, he was not even Board certified to practice. He made false statements to hold me at the hospital longer. This is morally WRONG!!!! His name is Micheal Mcquiggan a Jewish man.

I was referred to this no. 444-3500 and when i called i was hung up on twice. The 3rd time i finally got to speak to someone it was the rudest person, it is no wonder why lifespan is in such decline when you have lazy, rude people like this talking to potential customers. Needless to say I will be seeking service elsewhere.

They don't take you serious you're always accused of something like faking what you came in for it's really sad that people who choose to go into this kind of work are heartless and only in it for the money.

I spoke with someone today at corporate offices who was rude, had no compassion, and not very bright at all. No personality and no customer skills. I asked to talk to someone else and she didn't comply.
