Came in because of their glowing reputation. This is the place to go for expertise! I needed a new pair of walking shoes and they were so attentive, brought lots of pairs out to try and encouraged me to try them around the store. We ended up ordering a pair in another color to my house (free!) They have 3 designated parking spaces for the business FYI.

Just had a great experience at Rhode Runner! I needed a new pair of sneakers and Jay was such a big help finding the right pair. His experience made it so the whole trip only took trying three pairs before I found the winners. Really helpful and I appreciated the advice!

Ray was very helpful and patient while I tried on several pairs of shoes! It’s great to have someone take the time to understand what your running needs/goals are. I appreciate how he was able to watch my walk/jog and address any concerns he saw to help prevent injury and focus on a shoe that would work best for me.

This store is great but it's the staff who make this place spectacular! I was looking for a particular Hoka shoe to help my tired nurse feet. When we walked through the door we were greeted by Patrick. He helped me with the shoes I was looking for. He is so good he knew I needed a wide before I said anything. I live in Massachusetts and will make the trip to this place next time I need Hokas because of Patrick and his exceptional service.

Best running store ever! Pat took care of us and was very helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter runs cross country and he set us up with a great pair of running shoes and racing flats for a great deal. Check out this store! They ROCK!

Rhode Runner is a Rhode Island gem. Patrick had great expertise and in depth knowledge of shoes related to my specific needs (plantar fasciitis, high arches). Shop local!

Had a phenomenal experience here today buying my mom a great pair of shoes for Mother’s Day. We were greeted by Alex who was very knowledgeable and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. He gave her many options and even gave me advice for future purchases. Could not recommend this place enough, learned a great bit about arch support and my mom is very happy with her new shoes. Wow. This place is fantastic. It's the only place we go now for sneakers. They measure your foot, watch your gate, ask relevant questions, and give you plenty of options.
They don't really do discounts but the pricing is fair. The level of service is second to none!
When you leave, you know that you are wearing the best sneakers for you and your activities. No guesswork. They are just wonderful!!

I received a gift card from Christmas so I can have my foot fitted, for a new pair of running shoes. Ray is very knowledgeable and understanding of his customers' needs. Ray is the man. I will definitely come back to buy new running shoes in the future

The quality of product is obvious as is the service. I have bought many a running shoes for my daughters and my wife but just recently invested in a nice pair of running shoes for myself. Because I am not a runner but merely a walker I felt a bit uncomfortable going in. The service was fabulous and I could not have felt more comfortable. Unfortunately I bought a half size smaller than I should and I tried using them but was very disappointed. I had planned to go back and buy another pair when I discovered that I could merely go in and swap out the ones I had. I cannot say enough about the service from beginning to the end. Everyone there is great!
