We recently hired Seaberg Construction to remove 60 year old aluminum siding on our house and replace it with new vinyl siding. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, their work far exceeded our expectations. The owner Adam Seaberg was involved in our project from the initial quote through to the final walk through. Communication was clear and the follow through was completed in a timely way from everyone involved, including Laura in the office, our job foreman Joe, and the entire crew that completed our project. We continue to receive compliments on our house from neighbors, family, and even complete strangers! We highly recommend Seaberg Construction.

The project was started and finished on schedule, and the attention to detail from the crew was exceptional. They were very respectful of my property, cleaning up after each work day to ensure the area was safe and free of any debris. The finished product is phenomenal! Worked with Seaberg to complete a roof repair and they were great to deal with! Adam came out to see the issue with a leak, and was very informative and straightforward. He didn’t try to upsell anything or suggest more than what was needed, like some contractors do. The estimate was sent very promptly. Pricing was fair and the work was scheduled and completed without delay. Would recommend.

From start to finish, Seaberg Construction was fantastic. The roof was completed in one day - the crew worked so hard, especially that clean-up gal - she worked her butt off. After they left, I was actually shocked at how efficient the clean-up was - nothing left behind. The work was excellent - we now have a roof that's good for 50 years. I had a very favorable experience with Seaberg. I recently engaged their services to replace some cedar shingles on various areas of my house. They were very professional and helpful as we selected a vendor and refined the job and the bid. Communications were excellent and the work was done on time and on budget. The site was clean when they left and the crew was polite.

I recently hired Seaberg for a roof repair on an industrial vent fan, where the original sealant had failed and the rubber had dry-rotted. The initial consultation visit was very quick, within only several days of my original contact. We got set-back by inclimate weather but the job was finished as quickly as the weather permitted, with the office being responsive and easy to deal with. With the job finished, I'm happy to say that I haven't had a single drop of water come down into the building and I'm very satisfied with the work. I would highly reccomend Seaberg for any of your roofing needs, good people. Plus they have a doberman named Godzilla in the office, great guy! 😀

Seaberg Construction replaced both my roof and siding which were damaged from the 18 August 2023 tornado. By word of mouth, I learned they were good. I dealt with Adam Seaberg and received a reasonable estimate for both projects. Materials were timely delivered. The separate crews and different Project Managers for both projects were fantastic! The crews in particular worked diligently with no issues. They started first thing in the morning with a short lunch break and continued until just before dusk. I cannot say enough about both crews. The roofing project removed the old and installed Certainteed shingles in one day! The siding project, also Certainteed product, was completed in 4 days, and included removing the old siding and substrate. I am fortunate that I chose Seaberg Construction but would be remiss if I did not mention Laura who is the Office Manager, very efficient and responsive to any and all questions. Seaberg Construction Inc. is a wonderful small business to work with and I highly recommend them. Thank you!

The entire process between making the appointment, assessment of the possible cause, the detailed estimate, the repair, and follow up could not have been more professional and completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Seaberg Construction. We had a roof issue and needed a new roof. They responded in days with a detailed estimate which was very reasonable. One week later we had a new roof, expertly installed. Adam and especially Laura, the office manager, always responded in a timely manner and were very helpful.

From the estimate to the walk through of the job, the finished work and everything in between the team at Seaberg Construction was top notch. My roof was in need of repair, Adam came out for the estimate and explained everything that would be required. I received the quote a few days later which was very reasonable. The job took exactly the amount of time they said it would and my roof looks great. Seaberg also removed and replaced my gutters just before we had a big rain storm and they held up great. My husband and I had our house re-roofed on May 8, 2023 by Seaberg Const. Their crew was about 4 men and 1 lady. They arrived right on time, took only lunch break, and worked steadily throughout the day. The roof was done in one day, and the cleanup was very good. The few times we did have to interact we had no problems being understood. We are very satisfied with the company and the job they did, and would have no qualms about recommending their services. I would feel good knowing we helped promote them, and knowing the customer would be as satisfied as we are. And Laura was great to work with. Every e-mail I sent was quickly replied to. She is a great asset to their company. The office personnel is usually the first you deal with, and she gave me the confidence that my questions/concerns would be addressed promptly. After having both my roof and deck replaced, I can’t stop recommending Seaberg Construction to my friends and family. Even my dog loves them! I received their name from a family member so I did have an idea of the quality of work I would receive. Working with Adam, Jon, and Laura was easy and stress-free. They are responsive and accommodating to your needs and wants for your project. Like most homeowners, I did get multiple quotes. While those experiences were pleasant, the difference in level of professionalism was glaringly evident. You can equate this to your experience at Target versus Nordstrom. Target certainly has its time and place, for example, it’s my favorite post-Starbucks, Saturday stop; however, when doing a home project, you want it done correctly and correctly on the first time. Seaberg Construction was exactly that Nordstrom experience.

We recently had a slider installed by Seaberg construction. From start to finish it was a such a great experience. Jon came out for an estimate and got us the quote very quickly. He was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Eddie and his guys were sent out to do the job and had a smile the whole job. They communicated the entire time and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable having them work in my home. There was an issue matching the threshold piece on the floor. Jon went out and found what was needed and matched it exactly to my floor (which wasn’t supposed to be included). After they were finished they cleaned everything better than it was when they started the job. I am very picky with who works in my home and I cannot recommend these guys enough! Great job!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had some siding repair done. I can't say enough about the phenomenal job that was done. They are promt and professional. The office staff is also exceptional.
