Very happy overall! Easy to work with. Friendly and professional. Had a leaky roof. They gave me a quote within a few hours of calling. They had one of the lowest quotes of the places we called. Went with them because they came with a reference. Scheduled the job quickly. Work was done in a day. No nails in our yard (this was big as we have small kids). Roof looks great! They did the gutters as well. Flexible in terms of paying off the invoices.

I happened to call B&R Home Improvement based on reviews and they didn’t disappoint. I reached out a few times for leaks in our roof due to a previous company’s installment and Robert Jr. always responded and came out to assess the situation almost immediately. They will be replacing our entire roof this fall. I feel very comfortable with B&R based on their reputation and excellent reviews!

B & R Home Improvement did return to replace our roof. They did an amazing job, and it happened to be two days of rare, sunny and warm October days! Robert, his dad and their crew were very efficient, friendly and professional. I have already recommended them to a few friends and would not hesitate to use their services for other home improvement projects, as well!

B&R was responsive and quickly delivered a fair estimate.

Robert and his team exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process from procurement through installation. The request for proposal was prompt, and competitive. The work was scheduled quickly and Robert was very thorough in explaining the Certainteed product options. The day of installation went as well as could be expected. Overall my interaction with this company was very positive and I am looking to book them for additional projects.

Robert and the B&R team provided a timely and fair estimate; more importantly they kept in communication as unfavorable weather created scheduling delays, and then were able to quickly obtain extra material and complete substantial extra work when significant problems were discovered under the room. We very unexpectedly had to fully replace the roof on our 1924 bungalow in March of 2023--less than a year after purchasing the home--due to multiple leaks that we discovered in the roof deck, chimney flashing, and vent pipe flashing. I can say, without reservation, that every part of working with B & R Home Improvement on this was excellent. For this project we needed the usual roof replacement work--strip off & replace the old roof, underlayment, drip edges, flashing, and new plywood roof sheathing over the original 100 year old planks for the roof deck. We also needed to do some modifications to the roof system, like cut open a ridge vent and add intake ventilation under the eaves--the attic was completely unventilated when we bought the home. Robert was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful in coming up with creative solutions to the ventilation problems, and super responsive with communication and the millions of questions I had. The estimate for the project was very reasonable, the work was completed very quickly (admittedly, our house is small), the LandMark architectural shingles look great, everything was completely cleaned up after the job. And most importantly, the roof doesn't leak any more!! Overall, very satisfied with B & R Home Improvements. Five stars.

I called B & R Home Improvement to get an estimate on my roof in late 2022. They responded promptly and scheduled a free estimate within 24 hours. Their employees were professional and informative. I have done roofing in the past and found all their information to be accurate, and all their suggestions to be in my best interest. I had a competitive written estimate the next day. Although I did not proceed with B & R I wanted to write a review reflecting their integrity for homeowners who feel like they are buying a blind product. They give you accurate information, carry quality products, and are prompt and professional.

I have been extremely happy with our roof install from B&R Home Improvement. Robert was very knowledgeable and was readily available to answer any questions I had. B&R provided a detailed estimate for my review and was quickly able to start the project. I had other roofing company's provide estimates and B&R combined the best of value and quality work. They are worth talking too about your roofing project.

Very responsive, Robert met me the same day I called to do the inspection. He was very knowledgeable too, answered all of my questions .... The quote came in within a couple of days & the roof was scheduled within a week after I signed the contract.

The crew that did the installation was great. They did an excellent job, were polite to me & my wife & very efficient. They had my roof stripped sheathed with plywood & shingles in 1 day.

I'd definitely use them again. Oh and the price they quoted was very reasonable & in the end we had no extras, so it was the price we paid for the job.

Absolutely amazing roofing company. I cannot recommend them enough, here are the reasons why:

1. Excellent customer service: When I was tasked with finding a roofing contractor for my mom's roof I had no idea what I was doing. Robert came out, thoroughly inspected our roof, and answered all my questions. A couple days later they sent me a couple quotes (one quote with gutters, one quote without gutters). They were not pressuring at all. Over the next few weeks Robert would always take my calls after work hours and answer all my questions. He went above and beyond in educating me about roofing and my options.

2. Amazing work: Their workmanship and craft is simply amazing. They did a fantastic job on our raised-ranch roof and had everything coordinated perfectly in terms of product delivery and installation.

We were in absolute awe when we saw our finished roof and could not believe how good it looked. We went from having the ugliest roof in the neighborhood to the most beautiful roof (see picture for before and after).

Furthermore because B&R is a Certainteed Select ShingleMaster they make sure they use all the right products to get the best Certainteed warranty. Once the roof was finished the warranty info came by mail a couple weeks later directly from Certainteed.

3. Competitive Pricing: I met with 10 contractors for roofing quotes. B&R was the first I met with and I should have stopped there as they were the best. I would have saved myself a lot of damn time. Their pricing is very fair.

To sum it up, you won't regret going with these guys for your roof. They do incredible work, stand by their work, and are very friendly and informative throughout the whole process. Save yourself a lot of time and start your roofing research by getting a quote from B&R. I guarantee you won't regret it.

This company was on time, professional, fast, and very thorough. They left absolutely no debris or nails in the yard, which is a promise rarely kept by construction crews! Their crew was extremely efficient – and I especially appreciated that a female worker on the crew was not only treated with respect, but acknowledged as "one of the best, hardest working people we have."

We worked with B&R to replace our roof and one skylight window, and their service was fantastic! Robert Sr came for a first inspection, measurements and went on the roof to look at the state of the shingles while the other company we had called didn't even bother to go up there. From then on, everything was very smooth, communication was great, with Robert Jr being very responsive and helpful, and the price was right! The work was done fast, and looks impeccable. Definitely would recommend and will use them for future projects!

The roof on our house hadn't been replaced since the house was built (1994), so we were overdue for replacing it.
