It's a Private Library for Brown University. I was here to do some work in the Penthouse for my Employer NY Flooring, Seamless Epoxy Flooring Systems. So I am unable to provide any Further info other than it is not a public library.

I absolutely adore this library. It is open to the public, beautiful, and quiet place to work. Wish I could work here every day!

The John Hay Library, open to the public, is a beautiful library with fantastic staff workers, incredible study spaces, and overall a great collection of books, manuscripts, and tons of other little treasures.

The place to seek tranquility and peace of mind. The only downside is the limited library hours. Otherwise, I'd always study here!
