Kelly was great. Not only did she fix the problem but she made sure to test everything out & do multiple checks to make sure it was really fixed. I like the 90 day guarantee. I like that the company sent me a picture of her before her arrival. I really like that she actually cleaned up the entire mess she made & it seemed like she was never there. Just my beautiful new sink, clean & operable. Kelly’s a dog mom who brought dog treats & made my dogs day too, they loved her. I did not love the price, but I do love the peace of mind.

First of all, they came to my home and fixed a leak in my hot water pipe within 24 hours.
The technician was knowledgeable- quick- easy to communicate with and I would absolutely positively contact Mr. Rooter with plumbing problems if they should arise. I’m a very happy customer!!! Thank you!

We called Mr. Rooter to address a plumbing clog affecting a number of our drains. Jessica in their office was friendly and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for the next day and the tech Eric Jensen successfully resolved our issue within a few hours. The communication from start to finish was clear and timely and the price was very reasonable. We like using locally-owned businesses and will definitely use Mr. Rooter again if needed. Highly recommend.

(Schwab house) Our hot water heater started leaking and with its age we knew it would have to be replaced. We got a few quotes from other places that seemed extremely high. Day 2 of no water, We called Mr Rooter and the customer service rep was very nice and sent Brian out on a Saturday to give us a few estimates as we were looking to go tankless. We felt very comfortable with Brian’s knowledge, mannerisms, and honesty. Moving forward we chose the tankless water heater that got booked for THAT Monday! Brian and Kelly (I forget the 3rd guys name) did an amazing job. Very thorough, CLEAN, very respectful to my large dog and keeping the door closed behind them. We will be using this company again in the future. They did a lot of work!

What a fantastic experience! Had to replace the water heating system. Prompt, fair, clean, efficient, and looking to balance what's best for the customer without being exorbitant in cost. Great communication between myself and the office when I first called and with scheduling. They were able to come when needed and was here when they said they would be. The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and up front about fees and what needed to be done to solve the issue I was having. He worked methodically and very hard (clearing the main sewer line of the house ), took thoughtful care in diagnosing the problem and was respectful of myself and property.

Kelly fixed a problem we have been dealing with for over a year. Unfortunately we had a friend do plumbing in our house and he cut a sewage pipe and left it open so we were dealing with a constant smell, we had another plumber come and he couldn't fix it but Kelly knew right away what to do and fixed the problem in less than a hour. We appreciate what Kelly did for us and highly recommend her !! She was very nice and understanding. Kelly also gave our dog and cat's bags of treats which was so sweet of her to do. Rates are very fair and Kelly came the very next day after we called. Mr. Rooter will be our plumbing company from now on.

Mr. Rooter (Greenwood Plumbing) was very responsive when coming out to quote the requested work as well as scheduling. We had some cracked abs drain lines replaced and a few other plumbing requests. They completed the work quickly, professionally and answered all our questions. This is second time we have used their services and I would recommend them to others.

Brian was absolutely amazing and helped me so much with getting my business ready to open. Communication was clear and answered every question I had. Explained everything in detail and gave me a clear cost breakdown which didn’t make me feel like I was getting a runaround. Reception staff was also amazing to work with and very helpful. Eric and Brandon were professional, and did a great job with the install of a sump pump. They are also very attentive with keeping you updated on appointments. Additionally, they were also the quickest company that could come out with the best price.

Called this morning with a gas leak. They scheduled very promptly and the technician Eric was great. From the diagnostics/repair/verification of repair he was very thorough and professional. Whole process was seamless and the service was fantastic. Would recommend and will use again for future work.

Hot water tank was leaking, called Mr. Rooter and spoke to Brian. He came out within a couple of hours, gave us a quote and replaced the tank in less the 2 hours. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing issues.

He WAS AMAZING! He was wonderful at explaining the issues and quotes BEFORE he began.

Had a water heater break on a Sunday. They were here within a couple hours and finished installing the new heater the same day. I would recommend using Mr.Rooter.

I called Mr. Rooter because my hot water tank let go late on a Saturday night. I called and left a message and Brian was out at 8am the next day to put in my new hot water heater. I can’t thank him enough for his quick response, and I will keep them in mind for any other issue I have in the future!

Wow!! Very impressed with the fast, knowledgeable service. Kelly was great and got my bathroom sink faucet installed for me less than 48 hours after I called for help. The faucet looks perfect and works great and I am very very happy!
