I've had the worst week to the point of breaking down and somehow a young man at the register showed me so much compassion it put a smile on my face n I guess tearful joy in my eye. Very young I think teenage kid with dreads. Didn't catch his name but after week I've had I felt he was only person who showed compassion really made my night wish I could thank him again. Great employee and all around good hearted young man. Really wish I got his name he doesn't even know how good he made me feel even if it was for a sec. He listened.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while, and haven’t had a bad experience. The store is pretty clean, they have a great selection of food at great prices. The staff has been pretty helpful when trying to find a certain item. I always go to their clearance section because they tend to have pretty good options available.

Vasco is very helpful and talented and always puts together beautiful floral arrangements!

When in there 4 the 1st time 2day. Where I live we do not have a Shaws. I have been looking all over 4 the yellow Watermelon. Out of all the markets I've been 2 they had it. N they has really gd deals on all their fruits. It was really nice n clean in there as well. The workers was very helpful when I was asking questions.

Absolutely love shopping here. Associates are friendly the selection is perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better store than Shaws north providence. The Starbucks cafe gives a great look. The smell of freshly brewed coffee as soon as you walk in is amazing. I love the bakeries selection of deserts and sweets. I would 100% recommend shopping here. You get what you pay for

Great deals on meats and just can't resist the floral department.

The coke Santa was there and I got my picture with him for free. Also the store was well stocked and clean.

Hand scanners are back at the self checkout area. One of the best things they ever did. Floor associates are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

There is a rather tall obese man that works in the produce section. He gave me excellent customer service. The Bakery is also satisfactory as well. The kid that works there helped me with my girlfriends birthday cake. Overall…. I would recommend this place to anyone

Since remodeling produce area is very open and easier to navigate and looks great. They have also been updating the rest of the store with new Freezers ECT looks great. Update 09/07/22
The store is now updating the different lines of products they sell, from household to school items and different lines of groceries. The discounts start at 25 percent off to as much as 50 percent.Good time to stock up on items you may use and the Best Buy dates go as far as June 2024.

Once again, Shaw's has out done themselves! I ordered several deli sandwich platters, potato salads, pasta salads and as always they were a huge hit at our party! Huge shout out to the team at Shaw’s, North Providence!

The building is worn in, but everything is great. the fruit looks beautiful, the staff is all friendly and great in every aspect. I tried to buy a cream puff but the associate let me know she wouldn't sell them because they were too old. The honesty impressed me the most and hopefully they will be fresh next time. :D

Mike needs a promotion and a raise , he knows customer service and his regulars .. you dont see that anymore. Mikes a dying breed for sure !

Very helpful I am disabled and two employees asked if I needed help. Pleasant cashier and bagger.Evan in the deli always cuts the meat perfectly and layers it and is a pleasant person to everyone he waits on. Customer Sean and Carolyn Fitzgerald

I really liked the sanitation at the entrance staff wipes the carts as they come and wipes available to rewipe the handle of the cart you choose. Store is set up so you see the beautiful colored fruits and vegetables. Prices are good staff very helpful and friendly.

Shaw's Market is such a great market to shop at. In recent years this market has undergone a major transformation, almost mirroring whole foods' style of market. Their focus on fresh produce and different kinds of produce is fantastic. A nice place to shop.

My favorite go to grocery store! Great sales and a great for you program that gives special sales when you join it and it offers rewards when you buy so many of these items! I highly recommend Shaw's to anyone looking for great deals! And I started going there exclusively when their competition went on strike this past year! Their prices are so much better then some of their competition!

Come here like 4 times a week dealt with Bill in sea foods. Nicest guy. The owners should be proud to have more employees like him
