Drinks were prepared nicely, and the drive thru people were very courteous and friendly.

I got my coffee, a sandwich and a lemon loaf today. When I got my loaf, I got this beautiful compliment. So dang sweet! Thank you Starbucks!

I love our Menomonie Starbucks! The staff is so friendly. When you come in they treat you like family and make you feel special. The drinks are delicious and the service is exceptional.

Im so happy they finally have a Starbucks that's close, and I don't have to drive an hour to get to. When I found out they were building it, I went crazy lol. And I love the people everyone is so nice. Very welcoming.

Purchased coffee but returned it because it was not ground to work in my coffee maker. They gladly ground another bag for me no questions asked.

Awesome customer service! Barista Makana was super helpful with helping me decide what to get when I wasn’t sure what exactly they had to offer. The food was also super delicious! Will definitely be back.

The staff here are amazing, I've had a lot of tragedy in my family, and particularly two sisters whom work here have not only made my day, several times, but have been able to to give me some drinks at no charge to me. The sisters who I will just call E & E also go out of their way to take time to talk and genuinely care about people.

This is recently built. It is a very clean my experience was perfect. The workers are very nice. Quite large on the inside compared to what it looks like from the outside.

Starbucks as a company has been going through a lot of delays and running out of a lot of stuff so you will experience that at this location. It is not this specific store’s fault and it’ll even happen if you go over to Eau Claire. The baristas here have been awesome and super friendly and helpful in finding substitute drinks if they are out of what you want. I think people need to step back and understand that they do not control the shipments they receive, and that they just opened and some of the Baristas may not have much experience working at a Starbucks previous to this. Like it’s been just over week guys, give them a break.

It's a pretty good location compared to others, we order here alot and it's usually on point.

My friend is lactose intolerant so he gets the oat milk. I tried it and it didn't change the flavor of the drink too much, pretty good.

The people here are amazing. My wife just had foot surgery and had problems navigating with crutches. The people working at Starbucks were super helpful.
