White Cross Pharmacy

White Cross has been great with me. Unlike CVS, they will wait until I order something to fill it--CVS used to fill things I took off my list! I had my normal medications delivered last night and a half hour later, another driver for WC was here with medications my PCP just ordered that day!

I have used White Cross for over 25 years. They have always treated me well and provide me with the medication that I need to be a healthy and contributing member of society. And Agosto always delivers at the same time so I never miss a delivery. Nadine and Cassandra are always very kind and I appreciate that so much.

WhiteCross Pharmacy and their MedPack was and continues to be THE solution to providing medication maintenance for our father. WhiteCross provides invaluable peace of mind not only for the patient, but for the caregiver. Before moving to WhiteCross, I was overwhelmed with the number of prescriptions, pharmacy refill pick-ups, weekly organization of medication and prescription changes for my father. The WhiteCross team was so very helpful in the transition process and continues to provide amazing customer service - from the pharmacists, answering billing questions, to the delivery drivers. My father has confidence that his medication arrives each month on time and is accurately dispensed in the MedPack allowing me as the caregiver to also have peace of mind. I've never have a problem. My doctors use their digital format to order meds. Meds prescribed in the morning are delivered to my Assisted Living Facility by 4:00 or so the same day. If I have a question one quick phone call is always answered before 3 or 4 rings. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Most med problems come from providers, not White Cross. When metformin was declared high in carcinogens and recalled, I switched to aloglipin.
(Diabetic meds). Aloglipin wasn't covered and I appealed to my health provider and I won my appeal. White Cross told me that their metformin was not part of the recall. When medicare found out, they stopped approving it and one portal message I sent to my doctor, he reinstated the metformin immediately and it was delivered that day. I never missed a dose. I read some reviewer's posts that White Cross was rude and slow. I never had any rude staff member answering the phone in my years dealing with them. They could be slow at times delivering my medication but it's usually caused by the doctor forgetting to put in an order. I'm satisfied.

White Cross Med Pack created the biggest WIN with my difficult dad. It addressed all of his demands, and he had many. The pack system addresses function for dementia or brain injured people better than any other system I've seen. It is linear, "like a roll of tissue," I say. The graphics are clear, and big, which is needed for visually impaired elders. The wording is simple. The meds are listed on the pack, so the patient can review what they are taking. The packages have one side clear, so the pills can be seen and reviewed. The patient name is on each pack. This solved any paranoia about wrong pills, or someone else's pills. The packets are easy to open and dump out, unlike other systems. Someone was paying attention to what elders with compromised function need to feel independent in medicating themselves. The staff was always helpful and pleasant, and responded quickly. It is also a gift to deal with real people versus automated dialers and giant corporations. Thank you White Cross!

I've been a customer for numerous years and find all the staff and drivers very courteous and pleasant. I just switched over to the Med Pack they offer and I should have done it years ago. I moved to West Warwick two years ago and they still deliver for free. I'd like to Thank the staff and drivers for all their help. Definitely a Five Star Business.👍👍

I have my medince delivered right too me because I don't drive and I can tell them what day I want it delivered on and if I am taking off a certain medince my white cross will know the name and color and shape of the medince right away. And they will know what pack they put it in so I took it out and made sure it was the right medince right away. And they are going too do the same at white cross too. What is really good about white cross for a lot of people they can deliver the medince in pill bottles or they can deliver the medince in blister packs with the name of the medince on the back and also the other side it says morning afternoon evening and bedtime. I think that is awesome for a lot of people too.

I am a caregiver and I love my experience with white cross pharmacy, they deliver on time, and any time there is a Change they are right on top of it!
