This was the best customer service experience during our whole home renovation. Marc and his son Jeff were responsive and took care of us through the whole process. I needed glass for my kitchen cabinets and they ordered and installed it. Our shower needed a glass surround, they came out with their team and took the measurements, ordered the glass and made sure the shower enclosure hardware matched the other fixtures in our bathroom. It was their kindness , communication and attention to detail that made these projects possible. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for glass or hardware needs. To top it off, it’s a locally family owned business so as a business owner it just makes sense. Can’t wait to start the basement renovations.

I went in to buy a wrench and my car died in the parking lot. These guys went out of their way to help me find a car jump, and waited with me as we figured it out. Super sweet and very helpful!! Will be coming here for hardware from now on.

It's a good feeling when the people working at the hardware store actually know about products and location in store. Thank you Mark for hooking me up with a simple replacement rubber ring instead of buying the entire valve. Worked like a charm. See y'all soon.

Support this local business! The team are all friendly and the Uhaul pick up process is really easy. Sometimes the parking is a little tight when they get busy but it's never been too much of an issue.

Great local hardware store. Very knowledgeable. You don’t have to wander around Home Depot for a half hour trying to find something or someone. They repaired the screens in our apartment and installed them. The windows have to be removed first. They know their products and are there to help you immediately. Their home services are very reasonable.

Mark was very helpful when I needed information about light bulbs disposal. Greatly appreciate the customer service

You'll find it here--or they'll help you figure it out! Nvm big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot...SHOP SMALL!!

I love this place. It's a great local hardware store where the people that work there actually care about what you are doing and have good prices on what you need. The first time I went here I was on my bicycle, and the guy came out and told me to leave it in isle 1, as he didn't want to see it get stolen.

Try getting glass cut at a big box store. Here it was $6 for a piece of glass, cut perfectly to the size I needed. And another $9 for some other supplies, and I was able to fix the window in my front door with some advice from the folks that helped me.

I saw some other comments about the folks that work there being rude.
Be advised, this place is old school. The folks that work there have a brash sense of humor. As long as you're OK with that they are very helpful!

My window broke during a windy day. I called Mt.Pleasant hardware and they sent the repair man in less than one hour. He did an exceptional job. He was very courteous. I have used Mt. Pleasant hardware many times and always been totally satisfied. I highly recommend this company to you.

I've rented 2 U-haul trucks within one week. The staff here is truly TOP NOTCH under what has been an extremely stressful set of circumstances for me. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding customer service and for always making me laugh!! Thank you, thank you!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been going to Mark's store for the 20 years I have lived in Elmhurst. Chris, Bill, and Anthony have all been super helpful, helping my son throughout his life with different craft-y projects, mending our windows and screens, matching paint, and recommending GREAT home pros for small jobs. The next time you need just a few of some random piece of hardware, skip the big box stores and come straight here. The staff is friendly, extremely helpful, and you can buy only what you need instead of a box of a million nails that will take you, an apartment dweller, a lifetime to get through.

This is based on my last two expericence there, I have an older house, and had plumbing issues, when it comes to older house, I dont trust box store lowes or depot, so i come here,
