Our Lady of Fatima Hospital

I brought my mother there to be evaluated and we received such great care. There was a little wait in between registration, being triaged and seen by MD, but I don't mind and expect that in order for the professionals to do their jobs correctly. My mother was treated and released in 6 hrs which is fair. I think the staff were absolutely amazing. They always explained what they were doing from labs, EKG, and chest X-ray. Dr. Jeff is wonderful! Kudos to all for doing a superb job!

The people are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I've had 2 surgeries done there and both times were the best I could hope for.

This is the first time I have ever been to Fatima Hospital. So I was not only nervous about my surgery but a little leery of the hospital because I didn’t know anything about it. I was very pleased with the staff and the great service they provided. They were genuinely very caring and servicing staff from the front desk of surgical center to the staff that waits on the patients in their rooms. I was very happy with my care and certainly would recommend Fatima hospital and the doctors and nurses that work there. Thank you for my care, Vicki A Morin.

I had a very comforting experience at the facility. I was very apprehensive when I arrived because this was going to be my only surgery since my son’s birth. The PreOp team, the Dr. , The whole experience was one that made me not question my decision to have the procedure. They were genuine!!
I am home now recovering and feel Great! Thank you all that were involved for your patience and kindness, truly appreciated.

I have gone to OLofF hospital emergency room and received very good care there on two occasions. I recommend this hospital not only for their thorough exam but also for it's kind and gentle staff. No one there has ever been rude, haughty, dismissive, or irritable even when they are very busy and short staffed. This attitude sets Fatima apart from my local hospital ER and others.

I love this hospital - will not go to any other. I was very sick when I was admitted and from the Er Doctors and nurses to the awesome team of Dr, Nurses, CNA, respiratory therapists, and the food service team on the 3rd floor I was made to feel so cared for. They all listened and did their best to ease any discomfort and kept me feeling like a person not just a patient. These awesome people are understaffed and work hard from the min they come on shift till when they leave which makes how I was treated mean so much more. Thank you for helping me get well enough to go home!!!

I have been to Fatima Hospital's Endoscopy Unit numerous times and have always been treated with caring and professionalism. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience there. It is not someplace that you want to be and the fact that the staff is so welcoming and kind helps it go by that much easier. From the secretary who checks you in to the nurse getting you ready and lastly the anesthesiologist, they are all wonderful.

I simply had a marvelous time spent there in the hospital. The hospitality was fantastic warmth felt honest. The staff treat you like family. You can imagine that at 69 years old I’ve spent many times in a hospital throughout my lifetime and Fatima Hospital is raked #1 with my experiences. I tell my friends and family enthusiastically about my stay there..
If I had the financial resources I would send flowers to the ENTIRE staff. GREAT HOSPITAL!!!

It was my first time visiting Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, and it was a positive experience. Easy to find, parking, and conveniently located. From checking-in to recovery, I was attended by amazing, efficient and friendly professionals. It made my colonoscopy much quick and easier. Great service overall! I highly recommend it!

I went in for a colonoscopy at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, my experience there was excellent, the staff was excellent, the procedure went very smoothly, and was done promptly. I have absolutely no complaints about my time at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. I would also like to thank the staff for making my visit there as comfortable as possible,

My mom was in the CCU until she passed. She had a cardic arrest and never recovered.I cannot say enough good things about the staff in the CCU. They were kind and compassnate and took outstanding care of my mom. They also were so good to us as well. UT was a very difficult time. But with their help we got through it. Special thanks to Mike who was there at the end. And Dr Calikyan who kept us informed and was genuinely compassionate. Thank you all again.

Everyone was so kind starting from the sweet receptionist to my final interaction with Nurse Jim. I had foot surgery. Everyone was very professional from start to end. They all joked with me. We had laughs. They all made me feel very comfortable which helped very much with calming my anxiety. Surgery went well. One of the many good things was that I wasn't rushed out the door. Nurse Jim made sure I was ready to go before calling my mom. Unlike a past experience in a different hospital where I was placed in front of the door in a wheelchair while they unnecessarily called my mom multiple times asking how far is she. Fatima Hospital staff were amazing.

They treated my uncle with great care, respect and hospitality. They kept the family up to date and informed on all procedures and progress every day. Everyone from the doctors, nurses, cnas, security and all staff were friendly and helpful.

The ER staff were phenomenal. From the nurses to the doctors and all the support staff, they couldn’t do more. I also saw first hand, some of the patients and situations that they had to deal with and was amazed at their patience and perseverance to maintain composure and do their job. They don’t receive enough credit for what they have to deal with.

They took care of me with the most understanding professional attitude. From the ER to discharge I was so happy going there. I’m sure that I made a few friends in my short stay too! Whenever possible I will always ask for Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.

Everyone I encountered , from the moment I entered the doors, to the moment I left were gracious, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Who knew a Colonoscopy could promote a pleasant experience. I was relaxed and always felt like I was in the best of hands. Lady of Fatima Hospital is a great hospital.

Fatima has an amazing ER staff. I was having diabetic issues I went in and they listened to what I had to say. They explained everything even better than my PCP would have. Very kind and understanding staff in the ER and they were very attentive. I cannot express how they helped me out so much. Last time I was here they were definitely understaffed. COVID epidemic was really kicking everyone in healthcare down. So my experience today I feel confident and much better getting treated here. Thank you ER staff for treating me and making me feel better :) your hard work and dedication is amazing and kindness goes so far!

Been here twice. Once in the ER and once for an outpatient appointment. The staff is great and attentive. Everyone was super friendly. I felt as at home as you can in a hospital.

When I went for my ER visit I was the only one in the waiting room and was admitted immediately.

Although the wait time was very long the care I received was superb! The nurses, technicians & doctors were all very pleasant. They each explained what they were going to do & tried their best to make me comfortable/panic free during each procedure.

My son had oral surgery for a cavity that was bothering him. Every nurse/doctor that day made sure he was comfortable. I was convinced he was in good hands. Thank you for making this experience much easier for him and I.
