Service: Incredibly friendly. Over the phone orders are exceedingly pleasant. In-person ordering is always polite and patient. Even when the shop is busy, ordering and getting food is pleasant and faster than expected. Paula leads a fine example for a personable owner and is willing to help his staff, and the staff reflect this.

Food: Always exactly what I hoped for. Small issues are a rarity. Everything behind the counter looks fantastic and it would be difficult to find such a great display of food.

Cold cuts are top notch, sliced fresh and very high quality. Large variety of hot subs, cold subs, deli sides, and baked goods.

On top of that prices are good, place is spacious & clean, and Pauly along with all of his crew are super friendly and hospitable. Staple Italian Deli that stands out among the crowd.

First time here, all the food looks great, place is clean and staff is excellent. Got a large italian and a soda. Great price and fantastic sandwich. Gotta go back for more soon.

This is my first time coming here , we stopped in place was very welcoming and staff was polite The Establishment was very clean and well-kept

For myself I ordered an Italian sub with balsamic vinaigrette and banana peppers and my girlfriend ordered a roasted turkey sub on a soft roll ... we both enjoyed the sandwiches ... very good ...

Perhaps my new favorite spot in RI for Italian Subs and Snail Salad. They do everything right. My platonic ideal of an Italian Grinder in Rhode Island. In the same ranks of "Italian Corner," (East Providence), Dee's (Cranston), and Natale's (East Greenwich) as premier destinations for Italian sandwiches in this state.

Pauly Penta's is an amazing little place, with so many options for pre-made prepared foods, packaged hot or cold, for anyone who needs a meal but doesn't have time to cook. A staple of North Providence, and one of my favorites!

Pauly is downright awesome. Food is top notch, only to be outdone by his genuine care for his customers. Due to some miscommunication on my part, I ended up needing last minute catering for a training seminar in Lincoln RI. I called Pauly the morning of and he helped put together a great spread for my guests (35 people) and had it ready to go right on schedule. He has earned my catering and dine in business any time I’m in Rhode Island!!!

Omg Pauly Penta's I can't thank you enough. We did a xmas dinner order. We got the prime rib, potatoes and a pasta dish with pink sauce. Still eating leftovers, delicious thank you.

Stopped by to grab 1/2 gallon of soup and a couple sandwiches. Good size and bread was delicious. Taste great.

I placed a catering order for pink penne vodka, chicken parm, roasted potatoes, and grilled veggies. Everything was amazing. The delivery driver Kyle was prompt and professional. Would highly recommend.

Pauly's is the best, Staff treats everyone like family, Food is next level. I truely miss stopping in weekly, only cause I moved down south. I will be stopping in EVERY time I am back in RI!
