My husband and I came in Friday afternoon. The woman who helped us was amazing. She went out of her way to show me how strong the vibrating wands were, she had some very helpful insight! She was a great sales woman! I didn't catch her name, but she was very outgoing! I tend to get a little shy, but she was not! It really made our experience better!

Always nothing but amazing customer service! I love just even going in to talk to employees because of the atmosphere i love the vibe and not to mention the great deals on all the toys i crave and use on a day to day basis. 5 out of 5 id only recommend lions den ☺

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, they were very friendly. I explained what I was looking for and they walked me over to all the options and explained them all.

Stopped in with my husband to be able to get a few things yesterday evening and was really impressed. We are new to the area, and here for work. The selection is great and the lady who was working was amazing. She was super helpful, resourceful, great multitasking, very personable and was truly on point. Great gal! Was also great at when a situation arised, she took initiative and handled it amazingly, didn't make it a big deal, amazing problem solving skills. Was very impressed. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work.

This store has everything but the exceptional part is the employees. They are very knowledgeable about their products. Their items are reasonably priced and the girls are very friendly and courteous. They make your visit comfortable and easy.

Never been dissatisfied with their service here. Both the men & women employees are professional and easy to communicate with. Their products are pricier, but the one-on-one customer service is worth it.

I always go here for silly bachelorette party gifts- they have a large bachelorette party selection. They also have a little selection of funny holiday and birthday cards, that I can’t seem to pass without buying a bunch- they always are a hit with my friends.
