Had a great experience with my first visit. Dr. Shakeela was very nice and caring. She addressed my medical needs. She did not rush, very polite and she knew what she was talking about!

I love Dr. Tran, he has always, always been up front and honest about any costs. He has always listened and addressed any problems I had. He genuinely cares. If something is prescribed and insurance doesn't cover it, they let you know ahead of time. His only goal is to make you feel better and fix the problem. I truly am thankful I found him after my accident. I feel like he saved me. No other doctor understood. 2 1/2 years later and I feel amazing!

Honesty, I feared going to the Dr my whole life; this is not the case today. I value the time and effort Dr. Tran, and his team put into caring for me and my family. Over the years with this practice, my health, both mentally and physically, has improved; in large part because I receive care that I am able to understand and makes sense.
I often used to put off routine checkups and always felt confused or unable to ask questions in regard to my concerns. It is incredible how Dr. Tran always explains his treatment methodology plainly, makes sure I understand and gives me time to absorb information. They have never made me felt pressured or rushed into a decision. If I am concerned, uncomfortable or apprehensive, I have ability to participate and ultimately decide how I am cared for. The level of respect I receive gives me confidence for my continued health in the future.
All Dr. s Offices, Urgent Cares, Dentists and other healthcare facilities are busy. It is unrealistic to think you can visit any healthcare professional and receive quality care in minutes. The difference from one Dr. to another Dr. isn't the time you wait, but the time and effort they put into you. I recommend this practice and the people who make it happen.

Moved to the area from VA Beach and was seriously worried about finding a capable physician in the Winchester area to include specialist I needed. I was relieved to find out that a majority of health concerns could be handled right in their office!! I am beyond pleased at how thorough Dr. Tran and his staff have been. In fact my mom and sister are moving to the area and I intend on entrusting their care to Dr. Tran and his staff. I’m not easy to impress, this facility and staff exceed expectations. I’m grateful my neighbor referred me to them.

For years I have had sub par medical care from Valley Health affiliates while having some serious medical issues. Found Dr. Tran in December 2019 and Dr. Tran and his medical staff have been a real blessing. They return my calls very promptly that day and when I have any issues they correct them within hours. Definitely the best Doctor in Winchester area and surrounding areas. He has helped me with multiple medical issues and has made my life less stressful and improved all the issues within his realm of treating.

I have seen multiple different physicians over the last 15 years and Dr. Tran is by far the most compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable doctor I have seen.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who have had prior bad experiences with doctors. He is very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients.

On November 30, 2020 my mom was diagnosed with terminal stage 4 pancreatic cancer. My mom and I immediately began researching and reading and knew that we wanted to pursue IV vitamin and mineral infusions to support her body through chemo. I can’t describe in words the fantastic care we received from the beginning of our time with Virginia Integrative Medical until the end. Our first appointment with Dr. Tran, he took his time and was wonderfully compassionate and loving - and each and every interaction afterwards he continued to show the same compassion and attention. The ladies at the front desk and the nurses were the same. Our interactions with other patients were also encouraging and so kind - one even made a blanket for my mom and the baby I was carrying! A losing fight with cancer is so difficult and so painful, but the loving people at Virginia Integrative Medical made it easier. There is no doubt in my mind that the infusions she got here greatly improved her quality of life - and extended it beyond what it would have been.

I absolutely love the staff and service here. Dr. Tran and all the staff are so understanding and professional and genuinely care about the patient's wellbeing. My life has truly taken a turn for the better, because they made sure I got the proper treatment for my health issues. I'm so thankful for chosing this medical team to help guide me in improving my health. 🙂

I can’t say enough nice things about the staff and especially Dr Tran, Samantha. Dr Tran is truly a miracle worker! After years of sub par Drs’s I really feel like someone is an expert in taking care of me!

You cannot find a nicer or better doctor's office. Everyone is very friendly & they make sure to find out what is going on with you.

Dr tran is very knowledgeable....they have a new office and have made some changes for the better.
