Kabin Keeper by Vacasa

This home was spacious for our group of 10 that went to South Fork. Easy to access, very clean and comfortable. Basic items were available. Would recommend to a large group and we would stay there again.

This is our 4th time to stay in 5 pines and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in south fork. Great location and plenty of places to sleep. The showers/bath also have the best hot water! Definitely check out 5 pines if you’re visiting the south fork /wolf creek area.

Moose cabin comfortable, clean, rustic, perfect location. Absolutely comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Will book again!!

Stunning home
This home and the views were both amazing! It was a perfect location! We plan to be back again!!

We had to cancel a reservation due to the 2020 pandemic and they were professional, accommodating, understanding, and easy (so, so easy) to work with! I cannot thank them enough, and they will have our repeat business. (Plus, the properties look AMAZING and we're looking forward to staying. I'll update after we've had a chance to stay, but just based on this experience I expect them to keep five stars.)

Very pleased. Diana at Kabin Keepers was nice and easy to work with. House was clean and well maintained. If you want to support someone local on your Wolf Creek trip highly recommended.

This is great

We stayed at the Dragonfly. What a great space for large groups! Everyone had their own bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked with amenities, and the outdoor space was perfect for sitting outside together. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The location allowed us access to explore so many wonderful places - Pagosa Springs, Treasure Falls, Big Meadows, Beaver Creek Reservoir, Creede, etc. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved this cozy colorado cabin! It was well stocked with cozy blankets, cute decor, even had games and books for the kids. The kitchen was large and had all kinds of appliances and utensils. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Perfect for our family of 5 and grandparents to stay for our family ski trip. The only thing we noticed is that the water heater seemed to be going out towards the end of our stay; we were able to take multiple showers/bath in a row at the beginning of our stay, but had to space it out at the end of the trip. We would love to stay at the home again.

Ad said it had 2 beds … turns out one was a piece of $#!+ fold out couch that opens in front of the front door with no extra sheets or blankets. Their support line never had anyone answer. It will offer to text with someone but got no reply till 3 hours later and then they didn’t do anything. Avoid this at all costs… The room was essentially a complete dump - pics were modified to make it look nicer than it was. Price was waaaaaaay too much for this type of garbage. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Would not recommend. We needed to cancel and did so within the cancellation window we were given. 2 days extra leeway and our card was still charged $1800.00. Which they are now refusing to refund. The charge came after the stay would have taken place and they had our cancellation! We are very disappointed with the total lack of customer service provided by Vacasa that we will never recommend these houses/ cabins or stay here ourselves. Be very careful booking here people!
