Gem Village Storage was a reliable and great experience to store all my personal belongings. Ruby always had great customer service and made sure I had what I needed and if I had any questions to never hesitate to call and ask. When I need another storage unit, they will be first on my list. No problem everything

Do not use this storage facility!!!! Moved out at the beginning of the month and was charged for the entire month. Our other storage unit in Grand Junction, CO did not charge us for any part of the same month we moved out of the day before this unit. We were customers here for several years. Very poor business practice, they should check to see how other storage businesses operate.
