My wife and I visited the store for some specific items. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. It was such a pleasure. We arranged for delivery of the items and the two gentlemen who came (Mohammed & KC) were polite and very quick and thorough in bringing our items into the house. Thanks to all at Conlin's for such a great experience

Customer service at the store was excellent. Kimberly was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and provided good suggestion. The two delivery men (Casey and Muhammad) were amazing. They were very efficient, skilled in their ability to set the furniture up timely, thoroughly and were very friendly. Highly recommend Conlins.

We bought a recliner, and Muhammad and Jayden delivered it and set it up. They did a wonderful job and both were careful and respectful. Mohammed has great spatial awareness and got the couch in easily in a tight space. He was also respectful, had awareness, was personable and was careful with our home. My partner and I were impressed with him. He had helped deliver a mattress a month earlier and we were impressed then as well. What a great team.

KC and MuHammed delivered our Conlin’s purchases today and arrived within the time slot we were given yesterday via a phone call; we are very pleased with their professional service, along with their knowledge of assembling our bed bases ( including syncing our remotes ) and my recliner. They were both very personable and pleasant. We will gladly do business with Conlin’s in the future. Thank you KC and MaHammed.

Just bought a new mattress with massaging & movement base. First the price was unbelievable. It totally beat the competition out of the water and like the mattress better that the one we priced out at the other place. The delivery was just a couple days later. Muhammed & Jaden delivered and set up everything. They were very professional and efficient. I will always purchase furniture from Conlin’s. They take care of their customers.

Shopped Conlins for living room set, great showroom, great variety of products. Carol assisted us with search. She was very helpful,knowledgeable,friendly. Just an all around great sales person. Assisted us from start to finish. Living room set delivery set up after production in Oregon. Muhammed and kc were delivery crew. They were both very courteous,friendly and did their job very professionally,kudos to them. Thank you Conlins for a great experience.

Love shopping at Conlin’s in the past we purchased a dinning room set and recliner. Today we purchased a living room set, prices are always great, good selection. Amanda was our sales representative, always has great advice, no high pressure sales pitch. Would ask for her again.,

Carol at collins furniture is a very nice person very helpful. The service department are very kind and helpful. The collins care insurance is not something I would recommend. Flex steel furniture is recommended. Collins furniture at Butte employees are wonderful

Carol met my daughter and I at the door; welcomed us to Conlins asked what we were interested in : we told her ( sofa mate table ) she took us to a few and we saw the one we would buy. We also asked about a small book shelf that I will find for a small closet. Conlin’s does not sell them. But, she told us where we could find what we were looking for. I appreciated that. She gave us a good sales price; offered to carry the table to our van . I’ll be back. Pat Leary

Walking thru the door at Conlin’s in Butte was so distinctly different than the competition (Steeles). Carleen was so knowledgeable about the difference in sets, price, companies etc.
Not only has Carleen helped us purchase our new set, but she secured us a loaner until the new furniture arrived.
As a small business owner in the valley ourselves, the response to an unacceptable issue is imperative and we understand that. Conlin’s in Butte kept business local while Steeles couldn’t care LESS. Carleen went above and BEYOND.
Knowing we’ll receive brand new, furniture is a relief.

Muhammed and Jayden N delivered my new furniture. They were prompt on the delivery time and very friendly and professional when the delivered the furniture. They went through on how to properly assemble and disassemble the sectional couch.

Our sales lady' was great. She showed us different models of what we were interested in and we found the perfect one for us.

Carleen Fisher helped us in choosing a new Tempur-pedic breeze mattress & was able to provide a new in stock mattress with both a good price & almost immediate delivery at our home in Sheridan. Muhammed & Anthony handled the delivery with ease. I would recommend Conlin’s.
