Most reliable locksmith I’ve ever done business with. Prices are very reasonable and the service is second to none! I will never see anyone else for my lock and key needs. Specifically – Josh and Colleen are the most helpful amazing people. They go above and beyond and way out of their way to make sure everything is right. :)

Soooo today it was my turn! Today I had to walk through the doors of a business and speak "those words.." The words that usually carry anxiety and are backed with a credit card because we need their help, their knowledge, their expertise.. Because I already know it's coming, do I pull my credit card out before I introduce myself?
Not today! Upon walking through the doors of Bills Lock & Key, I was welcomed.. "Imagine that Albuquerque!" Although my anxiety driven Dumb A-- showed up during prime time busy hrs., an associate was with me in 2-3min. His name, Avery. The one who listened to my problem, understood what I had explained and asked me if I would like to have a seat while he addressed my issue. A key fob (remote) and 2nd smart key issue. Within 10-15min. it was over, Avery was done! So here we are, it's time to pay! I'm writing this in the hopes that if anyone is ever in the position I was in today, I've made your decision easier! Excellent Customer Service!!!

The locking mechanism on my car had broken, and my key fob had died, so every time I opened the unlocked door to my car, it would sit there and scream for a bit.
I ended up driving it over, and as soon as I parked, it started screaming again.
One person walked out and asked what the issue was, and I described my problem; she took the key and stopped the alarm right then and there. That's when I knew that I went to the right place.
Not even 30 minutes later, they had a key that worked in the locking mechanism and even a new fob. Only had to pay $90 or so, and I was on my way.
These people know exactly what they're doing, and don't have outrageous overblown prices like going to the dealership. Thank you guys so much for your help, I'll be coming back if anything happens with any of my locks. Thank you also to my friend Doc for reccomending to me!

They pulled me out of a bind 5 years ago where I naively glued my car key into a mess in an attempt to fix the housing on it, nearly ruining the chips within. Now I come back to get new keys for my house and car and they go out of their way to offer me options I had not considered to save money instead of just selling me products. I respect Integrity, and twice this place has showed an exceptional amount of it.

Excellent, timely service. Rolf not only expertly re-keyed all of the locks in a new house I bought, but fixed a strike plate that was causing a door to stick. Rolf also advised me on possible lock upgrades, but without any hard sell whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Needed a key copied for my '93 Corolla, ACE didn't have any for me so they sent me to Bill's. Couldn't have been in the store longer than 3-4 minutes and the key I got works better than the original I had, so that's my main key now. Absolutely recommend for key cutting.

The best lock shop in NM, it's nice to see a real lock shop still exists with customer service and fair prices. They are always up for a challenge, I'm usually restoring something old and rare that has locks and they have been able to help. I have used this shop for over 25 years as a contractor from rekey, to new locks, to service where they have come to my job site and knocked out the locks. Always money well spent you know it's going to be correct and your locks functional. The best thing about the store is you still see Bill walking around helping customers and his staff.
