Best storage ever

We rented a unit for a few months prior to finding a home. The unit was clean and worked well. BUT...when you move out, request to be present for the move out inspection or you probably wonʻt get your $50 deposit back. My husband cleaned it out (swept) and we were told that it was dirty so would not get our money back. We rented high end homes while we were in transition and got our full deposits back on both. I also sent a certified letter asking for a reconsideration which was received but never answered. Seems shady to me.

I rented a storage unit from these folks on automatic payment. I was in the process of moving so my unit was empty from 7/28-8/17. I arrived to put my things in my unit that I have been being charged for and there was a lock on the door! When I spoke to staff they said because the unit was empty they rented it to someone else even though I had been charged for the month and had not been refunded my money! So they double rented my unit without a phone call or a refund. They say they will be mailing me a check... How is this good business?

I rented a mail box for a couple of years. I was advised they were no longer providing the service. I turned in keys as requested and they were to refund my rental. In the meantime a parcel was shipped to the facility which I have been trying to get from them. Not only can I not get the parcel I haven’t got my refund. They won’t call me back or answer my emails. Worst business practice I’ve seen. They were great when Shannon was there but they got rid of her and place has gone to hell. Rumor has it Daddy bought the kids the business so nobody is running it. Beware.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever dealt with. I had stored my items in a small unit for two months and never once missed or was late on a payment. When it was time for me to take my stuff out of my unit I removed everything and the unit was clean. A few hours later the manager called and accused me of not fully cleaning out the unit and that she had to sweep it out so said she will not refund me my $50 deposit. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Will never store here again, if I could rate them zero stars I would.

Rented a small unit for 2 years. Cleaned it out on the 9th of the month. We were told that there was no prorate Later we were told we would not get our deposit back since it was not clean. We had mats and tarps on the floor so it was not dirt but we swept it anyway. I guess our mistake was we did not mop it and make them meet us there to inspect it with them.

These people are criminals. Had a balance of $300 and paid 270. They said they would work with me on the remaining $30 but sold it the next week. Their fees for being late are above and beyond anywhere else I've ever seen. Sure it was legal but it was completely unethical. They have no problem lying to you as long as they can do it legally. Do yourselves and your pocketbook a favor and go anywhere else

Arrive at office at 4:50 pm on Friday to ship a package...sign on door says hours are from 9am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm. Door is locked with another sign thatsign that says closed until Monday. I guess they close early on Fridays??? 👎👎👎

Very scammy when you try to move out. My wife and I swept the unit when moving out, and upon requesting a move out of the unit, we were told that we would not be getting our $50 deposit back. The manager very rudely said that the unit was very dirty and was not swept (which was not the case), and that we did not give 30 days notice prior to moving out. As there is no prorating of the rent, the policy either forces you to lose your $50 deposit, or pay for an additional month of storage, as your 30 days will likely push you out into another month of rent. We did not know our move out date, as we were waiting to move into a new home. Avoid if you can storage elsewhere.
