Fiesta Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant Fruita

THE best Mexican food in the valley! Everything is made fresh and the servings are big. Most are big enough for two people. The chips, salsa, and queso are SO good that you can eat that as a meal with one of their many great cocktails to drink or an ice cold beer from the tap. This is a family ran business, and you feel the loving, friendly vibe when you walk through the door. The service is always great and attentive. The overall experience and excellent food are unbeatable. This is a favorite place for my wife and teenagers.

Me and my mom went to Fruita for the weekend for Mountain biking and we were gonna go to Hot Tomato but it was really busy so we decided to come here and did not regret the decision. We walked in with a really nice lady seating us! All the waiters were so nice and helpful and the food was excellent!
My mom loved her top shelf margarita and we decided to top it off with a Churro!
I definitely recommend coming here!

This place really impressed us! We went in for dinner, we were greeted and seated quickly. It is a very clean establishment and we recieved complimentary chips and salsa. The food was fantastic and there was something for everyone. Very reasonably priced and we will go back again. They serve alcohol, have a small traditional american menu as well. If you're in the area I would recommend stopping by and checking it out! Good Mexican food in Fruita Colorado.

Oh baby you bet your sweet As I'll he back this place was friendly server was amazing talkative yet not annoying like some waiters can be. They give you ToGo beverages if need be. That's what I liked the best. Food was delicious as always. You can count on me to be back for sure I highly recommend this spot in particular. They make you feel right at home. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

Excellent find! Driving across country and stopped in Fruita for lunch. The food was great, portions plentiful, prices were more than fair and service was fabulous. The chips were warm and the salsa was delicious. We were greeted with friendly and exuberant smiles. Great extensive menu and quite reasonable prices. I really thought I would order the sopapillas for dessert but couldn't eat another bite. Ample parking and a clean establishment. Definitely recommend a meal here if you're interested in a Mexican meal. Every staff member offered a smile and was personable.

Stopped here just for their extraordinary salsa but in addition to that we ended up ordering tacos, carne asada steak, and gluten free chicken enchiladas. Everything was fantastic. Generous portions for the money. Asada was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The margaritas were delicious and the service was attentive and kind. Make time to enjoy a meal here. You won't regret it.

Although I have probably written close to 75 reviews on Mexican restaurants in my many travels over the past few years and have given out a few 5 star ratings.
This place honestly needs to be rated 6 stars as the food was absolutely perfection!

The presentation, the flavours, the seasoning. The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. They even have something the waiter referred to as cabbage salad, but I would like to call it coleslaw for the God's !

The chips were of a higher grade than anything I have seen at the past dozen places. Fresh and thin and baked goodness.

The waiter helped me with selection and was very gracious and attentive to answer all my questions.

It's a nice little setup, not exactly modern but more authentic to restaurants I have eaten ate down in Mexico.
They have some soft Spanish guitar based music piped in at a comfortable volume level which just adds to the atmosphere.

As usual when I find a place this good I will be marking this in my Google maps places under favorites so I may attempt a return visit here in the future!

Nice atmosphere, kind and efficient staff, reasonable prices and best of all the food is always amazing!! Comes piping hot right to the table. All the food there is awesome, but i have to admit I am partial to the shrimp fajitas, they NEVER disappoint! Go trear yourself and give them a try tonight! You won't regret it!

We love this place. Delicious food and quick service. Carne asada and jalapeno margs are our favorite. We make sure to go here every time we are in Fruita.

Great food, large portions and the house margs are definitely not watered down. Try the crispy chile rellenos!

We had a fundraiser for the Grand Valley Horse Rescue which featured great food and great fun. We did it for a second year and it was even better.

My food was so good, I think I might cry (it's been an emotional day)! Just the comfort food I needed. And again, they are very accommodating to my random pork allergy. Today I got shrimp enchiladas, AMAZING! My 9 year old said they were mind blowing.
This was our second visit to Fiesta Guadalajara and it is consistently good. The service is friendly and attentive. The food is excellent! The servers are knowledgeable about the menu, so if you have food allergies, let them know and they will help you find the perfect combo for you!

A great place in Fruita! For 20+ years, very consistent & very reasonable! Everything is good! Try all of the dishes!

Excellent lunch specials, something different everyday. It's a lot of food at a very reasonable price and tastes great. The service is also very good.

Best Mexican food I've had in Colorado. Being from Texas, I tried a few other places, but finally found my go to place here. BEST queso I've ever had, here or anywhere else.

Stopped in here last winter and was impressed by their top notch service and and excellent food. Came back a couple days ago on a road trip and was once again impressed. We had our dog with us but they got us a table outside and even brought out water for her. Very cool!

This establishment has wonderful food, atmosphere, and more than fair pricing. The staff is one of the most exceptional restaurant staff i have ever met. They work hard, genuinely listen to comments and\or concerns and are prompt when it comes to following through. Fiesta Guadalajara is a very family friendly restaurant too! 10\10 would recommend.
