NXGA Kickboxing MMA Ninja Parkour

As an instructor, and trainee at Nexus of Guardian Art, I have seen many transformations and evolutions in my own body and mind, as well as in many others that train, alongside me. One of the main teachings that Guardian Art carries is learning how to use our skills and mindsets, to be able to protect not only ourselves but to also how to protect and empower others. Guardian Art doesn’t just improve one’s physical health. Guardian Art allows us to focus on recreating and re-wilding ourselves, by learning how to truly express the power of our own body, mind, and much more!

Our daughter has been doing Guardian Arts for a few months and loves it. It’s great to see her light up while doing the obstacles and come out of her s with her peers. The trainers are amazing at engaging with the students and are insanely encouraging. For me, it’s been nice to connect with other parents in the community and cheer each other’s kiddos on. I’m looking forward seeing my daughter grow in a hobby and skill set of her own.

This is an incredible opportunity for kids (and adults!) to learn respect, discipline, and self-improvement in a martial arts context. My kids go and I am really glad this is the gym we chose. Staff and trainers are kind and skilled, and they take the time to help the students see greatness in themselves. My 7 and 9 year old are actually doing flips and their confidence has skyrocketed. This program opened so many personal doors for my grandson! Not only is the program so amazing on building self confidence, it builds on respect for others and respect for ones self. There’s goals that they strive to meet and feel a sense of accomplishment. And the kids have FUN!
I can not say enough about the folks that run this, I can’t say it’s a business because it’s more of a family whether you’re still working out at the gym or not. THESE ARE GOOD PEOPLE!!

Guardian Art is a wonderful place where kids and adults can develop their confidence and gain strength and skills. My son has benefited greatly. Great Owl encouraged him to believe in himself and take on new challenges. Amazing people and amazing sport.

This place has been a God send for us. My five year old son was having a really difficult time adjusting to our move across the county and Guardian Arts was recommended. This was two years ago and we couldn't be happier. Our son has flourished and is such a happy kid. This place is family❤

Fantastic place! My child loves to go everyday there is class, fun, supportive group and instructors. If you get chance check out the try it day and you will be hooked.

We’ve been members at the gym for years. The most caring and compassionate owners, family oriented and so very down to earth. The entire staff is patient and kind. During classes, they lead with a firmness the kids need. My child has learned far beyond the physical challenges, far exceeded his mental limits and continues to grow in so many ways. I HIGHLY recommend your kiddo at least try this gym. Just what our little town has needed!

My son has been going for a few months now and it had been totally awesome. He is homeschooled, but has made great friends and really looks forward to class! The instructors there are really all about the kids and learning the art!! Great place!

My siblings have trained at Nexus for nearly 3 years and have shadowed and taught at the gym. It has been an incredible experience for everyone involved and they have gained so much confidence and skill through their training.

I trained at Nexus for a few months before heading back to college and it was a blast. There’s a great vibe in the gym and everyone is there to learn and grow. It is a great program for adults and younger students alike and I highly recommend trying it out!

This is the perfect place for my energetic 9-year-old who isn’t interested in any other sports but really thrives at Guardian Arts. I love the teaching methods and the values and discipline the children learn here. The owners and trainers are really lovely, patient and have an amazing positive attitude. I’d have absolutely loved this as a kid.

This is a great program! It teaches the participant so many valuable lessons. They learn self discipline, how to work together, accept others' strengths and weaknesses, accept their own weaknesses and how to rely on themselves to fix them. They also develop strength, fitness, self defense skills and how to approach challenges in a healthy way. I can't say enough good things about it!

My daughter joined 2 weeks ago and loves it. It’s such a positive environment to learn body awareness, movement and focus.

My sons grew and developed awesome skills they thus program. They are taking a short break for basketball then want to start again this winter. Great instructors and teachings.
