Delana is awesome and actually cares about customer service - rare qualities in USPS employees these days! We came across her when she was helping out in Avon, where she was so helpful in tracking a missing package.

Delivery person refuses to deliver packages that weigh 40lbs. I will have to check to see if I can specify delivery service at the vendor's site or stop ordering online in case they choose USPS for delivery. Because as far as I can see, they don't deliver.

Worst post office I've dealt with. Every package is at least a day late, I've had to dispute multiple packages that they "delivered". My most recent package was just left on my door while I was waiting for it without even knocking on the door.

There is always something wrong at this post office. They are not professional in any manner. Beware they will not take responsibility for anything. Darwin is always right and always rude! For a local post office they are not friendly to someone who has been going there for years.

They won't put my package in the p.o. box and its a small package. They are never open when I'm not working
