It had been a few years since I stopped in. But I’ve now stopped in two Monday evenings in a row. The worker, Ashley, is so pleasant. She had great conversation and was doing a great job of keeping drinks full and disinfecting machines as soon as someone was done with them. The place is clean, very disinfected and there are lots of machine options! A great place to relax!

A consumer who loves great service has to search far and wide any longer. The millennial crowd is a total loss. You get lost trying to find a place in Butte that have actual hard working servers. We have found a few here and there.

Then you find a place like Lucky Charm Casino and find Karen! She is the standard for great service with a genuine smile.

Your grand opening was amazing! The staff members were kind and knowledgeable about the wide variety of machines you offer. The upgrades you have done to the building look great! Thank you for providing the barbeque, drinks, prizes and games. I will definitely be coming back!

Sorry!!! I didnt mean to put a one star. I quickly hit the button incorrectly. I thought everyone was polite and nice. I wish the slots paid but that's why it's a gamble.
