Marcus, Mike, and the whole crew were quick responsive, extremely professional, and did not gouge me financially. I work in Helena and getting trades people to the house of any service I have noticed is terrible. They make appointments and don’t show or call when they can’t make it or are running late. Not this business. We had an appointment and even when an emergency happened in another job he called me to let me know what was up and worked around my schedule to get my issue and repair taken care of extremely quickly. I mean within 48 hours of the first contact. And talk about follow up He messaged this morning ( the next day ) to make sure everything was good with the repair and that it all works good and repaired as expected since I wasn’t present until late in the evening. BRAVO SUNDANCE PLUMBING AND HEATING definitely the only call I’ll make in the future

While I was a tad bit naive for how much it costs to need professional boiler help, Marcus was above and beyond in friendliness, response-time and efficiency. I am so grateful that Sundance answered my call today (unlike other local businesses I have tried to work with). You guys and your professionalism really saved my bacon. Thank you, and I will definitely be utilizing your company for my future plumbing and heating needs!

Marcus was here within the hour after I called even though it was not an emergency. He was friendly, fast and efficient. My problem was taken care of in no time and he even spent some extra time checking out an unrelated issue for me.

I don't know why the bad feedback from the other reviewer, but I won't ever hesitate to call Sundance Plumbing and Heating in the future and I will recommend them to others.

Dear Mr. Barber,
I am one of the owners and I understand your frustration. You see, we do not charge an "arrival fee," but in the time it took us to call your landlord to discuss your water heater issue and get permission to work on his house, pull one of our plumbers off of the job he was working on and send him to your residence, you already had another plumbing company on site....maybe an hour? And yes, you did not call to cancel the service request. We merely needed to cover our expenses for the unnecessary time we spent on your behalf.
I do hope you can understand that.

Tallon replaced our water heater with a tankless system. The installation was top notch, looks professional, and we love the endless supply of hot water.

Marcus was responsive and a great resource while we were debating on what system we wanted and did a great job coordinating everything.

Have used Sundance for both a plumbing problem and a heating problem. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They keep you updated on progress and the solution. Would recommend.

These guys are AMAZING! Their customer service and scheduling is the best around... Marcus is always willing to help with anything he can and we are beyond lucky to have such a great company in Butte!!!

These guys are fantastic. They got to us quickly, repaired our boiler and had our heat back on in no time. Very friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service!!!!

Had a blown pipe and it was repaired in no time. Grateful for responsiveness and skill.

The owner refused to provide me the cost for the parts. He said, "I couldn't possibly give you the price for all of the little parts". The price of the parts were more than labor. I estimate the parts were less than $400.00 even with the markup he charges for getting them from the local hardware store. He charged $800.00. Out of my pocket, I paid for the kitchen sink, and two faucets one for the kitchen sink and the other a special order for the clawfoot tub. He purchased plastic pipes, supply lines and plumbers tape. It's improbable he spent $800.00 on the supplies mentioned. His refusal to provide me with the documentation requested speaks volumes about his business practices.

They ate ok

Charged us 50 dollars for showing up at the door without ever stepping inside because we went a different direction with a different plumber who had already showed up. They didn't give a time frame for showing up and did so as I was calling them to cancel. Then claimed they were doing us a "favor" by not charging us 84 dollars for the hour, even though they never even came inside. Dont recommend.
