I have been a customer for 15 years and I always am pleased with their service. The girls in the shop are great. In the summer heat and in the windy winter, they are always there to help. I drop off dirty shirts and they give them back clean. its a good deal.

Great reviews. I’m from out of town and needed a pair of jeans and shirt laundered and starched by tomorrow. I called up there and the nicest lady answered. I told her my situation, I needed jeans and a shirt laundered/starched by tomorrow, and asked if it could be done and she responded absolutely. Gave me a fair quote too.

I immediately went up there to drop them off and when I walked in I said I just spoke to someone who said they could launder/starch these by tomorrow. The lady in the back seemed shocked and said they couldn’t do that. She said they could launder, press and stuff, but at this point I was happy to just get them laundered and pressed by tomorrow at 3pm.

Long story short. They are great people, but there’s someone answering phones that says they can do things they can’t. I get it, it was short notice, but I would’ve like to have known that so I could’ve called other cleaners to see if they could’ve laundered and starched by 3pm tomorrow. I settled for just launder/pressed clothes and dropped them off with carousel. I do not blame carousel for this mishap, just a little disappointed I couldn’t get them starched. I was short on time already and didn’t have time to find another cleaner to get them done within a day.

I’m leaving a five star review because I appreciate them taking my clothes and getting them done by 11/21 at 3pm. I believe in supporting small businesses, and Google reviews go a long way.

Mike the owner went out of my way to fix my favorite dress. I went in to get my favorite gown dry cleaned for a wedding and unfortunately it came back damaged. Mistakes happen, and in their defense, it’s such a delicate dress it probably shouldn’t be dry cleaned at all. Mike could see how upset I was and spent who knows how many hours fixing it. I really appreciated how thoughtful he was.

I’ve lived all over Denver and this is the highest quality no question. Everyone is so friendly. Would trust them with my kids

I was just up at this dry cleaners and didn't have cash to tip them so paying it forward by writing a positive review. I've been using them for 6 or so months now - after moving to sloans lake I needed to find a new dry cleaner so I didn't have to keep driving to cap hill - this place is the best. everyone who works there is friendly, quick, and the services are affordable. They do a great job with alterations and I feel confident bringing anything I have to them and know they will do a great job. They turn everything around superrr quickly and set expectations very well. Would absolutely recommend them!!!!

I went to get three shirts and a pair of pants done and they turned out so well! My white dress shirt had blue stains on the cuffs and the shirt is so white now. My dress pants have lines that are so crisp and straight. The two other shirts I brought were knitted and was worried that getting them dry cleaned would ruin their softness but nope! Still super soft and comfy! And the price was reasonable as well: around $25. Plus the company offers these little cards: for every $5 you spend and you get 50 cents off for each card so you save the more you go! Great work, great timing and all for a great price!

Carousel Cleaners is the best cleaner in town - and in all of Colorado!! Mike stayed open late to clean my sisters wedding dress when it got dirty before the wedding. He was kind and cleaned the dress perfectly!! You can trust Carousel Cleaners with all of your dry cleaning needs.

I go here all the time for standard dry-cleaning, but I've also been going for alterations. I just had a bridesmaid dress taken in and it had to be taken in twice (It was quite large) and they did the second alteration for free. Top-notch service - I will never go anywhere else!

I had two nice silk blouses I needed cleaned overnight by 12 the next day and they were more than willing to help out! When I came back the next day there was a little miscommunication it was a special rushed order but as soon as they found my blouses in the mix they pressed them immediately for me! Even offered for me to wait in my car and they’d bring them out asap. Only $16.50 and excellent quality and service!

After searching high and far for a reasonable and trustworthy dry cleaner, I found the spot in Carousel Cleaners. I highly recommend them and their tailor service is top notch work at affordable prices. I would genuinely rate their service above 5 stars, but subtract a star because its not the prettiest inside (but most dry cleaners don't have the actual cleaning facility on site - so know that).

I had gone here on a recommendation from a friend. They have some sort of reward thing, where you get $0.50 back for every $5.00 spent, and I end up getting a shirt or two for free every time I go.

The customer service is excellent. The manager went out of his way to make good on his word. There was bad info on when my tailored clothes would be finished with alterations - it would be another 3 days... I explained that I had a meeting and needed the slacks. The manager apologized and said to come back in a hour. The tailor stayed 15 minutes later after work and finished hemmings on all 3 pants to make good on their word.

I am a lifelong customer and can't recommend them enough.

Friendly staff and did a really amazing job! I’ve taken my white comforter to two different cleaners in the area and both failed to remove stains but bringing them to Carousel did the job. Beyond happy with their work and cost. I’ll definitely be returning here again!

I want to start off by saying that this place has done all my cloths since 2014 and always done a great job. But they took customer service to a whole new level today. The owner Mike just personally drove my GF dress for a wedding tomorrow over at 9pm. He said he made a promise to have it altered and cleaned before we left tonight. He delivered on his promise and made me believe there are still company’s that’s value their customers.

Not only do I give them 5 stars I recommend them as a company you can count on. I have been a customer for years and was just reminded why I will continue to be!

I am very happy with my results at Carousel Cleaners! My comforter had been damaged at a different shop, so I pointed it out when I got in to make sure they knew it wasn’t them. When I picked it up, they fixed the damage! Beyond that, everyone was kind and I received a $1 off for every $10 I spent. Will definitely return here for future needs.

We took a prom dress in to see if they could clean it. No problem. Many other cleaners wanted us to sign a waiver or told us it was a one use dress, (disposable!). Well, Carousel did an amazing job. The dress turned out sparkly clean & beautiful. I'll definitely be back again. Thanks so much!!

My partner had to have his interview clothes dry cleaned last minute and this business took them in even though they had already started closing! So grateful!!! And the work itself was perfect for a great price.

They did a great job on my coat, they were very quick, and friendly.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the service is quick. The tailor in the back is very knowledgeable on alterations and affordable. This place always gets my clothes clean, even when other cleaners have not been able to do the job!

Great cleaning, great location, great value. Dry cleaning, laundry and alterations; we depend on Carousel for them all! Fast turn around on all services and Calvin in alterations is fantastic. Great service at the desk too. So happy they have stayed a steadfast asset in the neighborhood!
