Flowers by Zach-Low

I have been ordering flowers from Zach low for the past 4 months and they are amazingggg. I have been looking for a stable shop to keep ordering flowers for my beautiful girlfriend on every anniversary and I have found the one. I’ve tried a couple other shops but they did not meet my expectations. With Zach low not only are their flowers amazing but also the customer service, they are kind and friendly. I forgot her name but the lady that always helps me out is so kind and always ready and happy to help me out with my order. I live in NJ for now and they make it so easy for me living all the way here lol. I’m so happy I found such amazing place to get my gorgeous girlfriend high quality and the best of the best flower bouquets that she deserves:)

Will most definitely be my to go shop for great flowers for the future

I was looking for a flower shop to deliver some flowers to my wife for Valentine's day. I did a Google search and this place popped up because it was near me at the time. I stopped in the shop, and immediately had a great feeling about this place. I explained what I wanted, and when I needed it delivered, they made sure to accommodate me in every way. I was always kept informed with emails letting me know what the actual bouquet looked like, when it left the store and when it was delivered. Even my wife said how professional And timely they were they definitely made a huge impression on everybody in her office.
I found my new flower shop, there is no need to look any further if you are looking for flowers in Albuquerque, this is the place. Thank you flowers by Zach - low YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!

This team hit it out of the park *again*! They are really wonderful to work with, and make sure that they can create a wonderful experience for the recipient. For example... we wanted a flower bouquet *just days after* Valentine's Day (when supplies can be super low at florists!). They talked us through what was doable and delivered a really beautiful vase arrangement. I can't say enough good things about this group!

This was the most beautiful arrangement. Everyone was so so lovely to me. The flowers were delivered punctually and were just so perfect. There was a picture on the bamboo but I took it down.
The price was better than most I found and the quality was beyond anything else I saw on top of that.

Flowers by Zach-Low made ordering incredibly simple! I called from out of state, ordering a sympathy bouquet. They were so friendly and helpful. I placed my order with a budget and the request to use sunflowers. They completely exceeded my expectations. I was able to submit payment over the phone. I received an initial email confirmation, then a second one with a photo of the arrangement!

They let me know that my order was on the second route for the day, and within a few minutes, I was sent a tracking number that could see live details of the order being delivered. Being over a thousand miles away, this was wonderfully reassuring.

My sweet friend, who is in mourning, thought the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. From the pictures she sent, it looks massive!

I only wish that their incredible business was in California so I could order from them more often!

Everything was wonderful, from the person who took my call to the gorgeous centerpiece itself. This was a semi-custom arrangement, based on a design that already existed, but with roses added, different-colored candles, and snowflake mums substituted for some other type. I'm so grateful they managed to find the snowflake mums despite the extremely short notice I gave them.

I am always so thrilled with every arrangement I order from here. They are always more beautiful than the photos on the website. Excellent florists!!! I am a forever customer of Zach Low.

I highly recommend this flower shop if you are in need of flowers to honor the loss of a loved one. When I lost my mother, my husband and I went to this store to plan an arrangement in-person. We were greeted by Danielle who was immediately able to tell we were there to honor a loss. She had a keen eye for designing an arrangement that my mom would have loved. It was planning with her that shifted my perspective from pure sadness to a desire to celebrate my mother’s life and bring some beauty to a very sad day. I could tell this was not just a job to her, but a calling to help people in their lowest moment. The day of the service, Danielle brought the flowers herself. Even though we were slightly delayed, she waited patiently so she could arrange the casket spray herself. She did so respectfully in a way that felt like part of the ritual of the day. She also pinned roses on my dad, uncle, and myself. She hugged me like she was a member of our family. I cannot say enough about Danielle and this shop and hope you will reach out to them when you are in need.
