I went for happy hour and tried 3 items, all for me! Lobster tartare, coconut crunchy shrimp and steamed mussels!! All were delicious. I started eating the shrimp before taking the photo, they were butterflied with tail attached, which I ate!

Wow, what an amazing find, recommend by someone on the ski lift! The restaurant is beautiful, lovely atmosphere in a stunning location. The food is out of this world, especially the famous happy hour with locals. Beautifully presented food and such amazing flavours and amazing value for money whatever you have. We will definitely be back, probably tomorrow!!

Oh hello there, it’s me from the future. I ate here for a bachelor / bachelorette party and it was wonderful. The food was great. I highly recommend the kimchi calamari. I also highly recommend the chicken (See the photo). Also the torched apple manhattan was good. And we topped it off with a lava cake. Go and book a great time with your loved ones. The food was absolutely perfect, starting from fresh delicious bread, amazing main dishes, and perfect dessert and drink. The atmosphere is beautiful. Seating by a window with a pretty snow view. The server we got was okay, but the food was perfection.

We enjoyed happy hour at the chart House very much! They get an a on drinks for a great price, quality appetizers, and fantastic service. We would recommend this for all of our friends.

First visit in a couple years, and really enjoyed it. If you have not been in a while, you should stop by and check it out.

Food: the steak and scallops were lacking in flavor, my steak was overcooked, my shrimp were plain and room temperature. However, the calamari was terrific, and the dessert options were amazing.

Food and cocktails were excellent very well presented , the services was 1-A , the restaurant is very well decorated. 100% recommended

I went for the happy hour. I had the lobster tartare, steamed mussels and coconut crunchy shrimp. Everything was good, i probably wouldn't order the lobster tartare again, it was average, a little salty. The people next to me had the kimchi calamari and said it was delicious, next time i will get that!!
TUES-THUR is an appetizer paired with a drink, i wanted the move marrow but don't drink, i will ask for a Perrier as my drink work the pairing my next visit!!

This place was soo good!!😋 And pretty affordable compared to places we've eaten at in Miami! Steak was so tender and that blue cheese butter paired with it perfectly! And the truffle butter paired perfectly with the Lobster tails!👍Only thing I wasn't biggest fan of was the Mojito flight...it was good, but you have to mix the liquor for each one and it was either too little or too much rum, so prefer to leave mixing to the bar tender. Otherwise I can't wait to go again next time I'm there!

one of our favorites in south lake! happy hour specials are excellent, both drinks and food. just be sure to get there early as happy hour is super popular and spots fill up quickly. dinner is amazing as well - fresh ingredients, large portions, and reasonable prices. highly recommend!

Wonderful food, servce, atmosphere and service. We were greated with a smile and seated before our reservation time in one of the best seats in the restaurant. Our watress, Natasha, was amazing and made some super suggestions. The view was spectacular and we took several photos. We would highly recommend for a great dining experience.

King Crab legs were cooked perfectly. Lava cake was delicious as usual. Mango Mojito was amazing, I had three. Prime rib was delicious . Our server, Megan was excellent .

Phenomenal food and kind, attentive service. We had a reservation on a Friday night but it still took around 25 mins for our party of 2 to get seated, but after tasting the food we did not mind a bit lol. We will be back!

Can’t believe this place’s rated 4.6/5.0. Should have been 5/5!!! Wonderful food, recommend Kimchi Calamari (doesn’t have too much to do w/ Kimchi but still good), Avocado shrimp & mango stack, prime rib, Ahi tuna (seared/grilled). Lobster bisque‘s a bit too bitter. Mocktails are also great. Staff are nice and thoughtful, packing our chocolate lava cake to go separately from the ice cream so the latter doesn’t melt. Food portion’s a bit large, so be mindful of that when ordering. Also great atmosphere cuz the sunset was stunning and we were seated by the window - great picture spot on the balcony.

Amazing view amazing food! Great place to see the sunset. We had a flight of mojitos is with our dinner just had the halibut Key West style and I had the prime rib the captain. Everything was delicious. Our server Krissy was awesome sauce! She has a great fire within her. Charming knowledgeable and in tune with a cool vibe about her. She provided most excellent world class service.

Best Restaurant in Lake Tahoe!!! The ambience is amazing and the view is beautiful. The food is delicious, price very well for the quality of food. Our server Nathan/bartender was amazing, made great drinks and very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. The Happy Hour has great items for very good prices. When we return to Lake Tahoe, we are definitely bringing the family and coming back to "The chart House".

Delightful evening at this restaurant nestled in the redwood trees. We started with the avocado mango stack. Ingredients were fresh and flavorful. My partner had clam chowder that was delicious. Then, filet mignon and lobster tails. The filet was cooked perfectly and the lobster so tasty. But the staff made this evening the best dining experience I have had in a long time. Thank you!
