Eagle Peak Lodge & RV Campground

The owners are great! Very accommodating and helpful. We booked 2 rooms while we were there and they were both nice rooms and clean. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

After 15 hours of driving from Las Vegas, It is kinda hidden from the main street but wow... The guy in charge is awesome, very personable and,helpful! Our room has 3 beds and we're comfortable as heck! Definitely will stay here and also recommend this lodge to all who come towards Yellowstone park!

Outstanding customer service! Matt and Scott met and exceeded our expectations. We spent two nights while visiting West Yellowstone. Matt and Scott assisted my husband and I with all our needs. Our room was very nice and clean, and breakfast was great. The family room was very nice and excellent TV viewing. The lodge felt like home to us. We will definitely stay at this lodge if we are ever in this area again.

The hotel staffs were so accommodating and very descent. Treating every costumer with dignity and respect. We immediately felt at home taking into consideration we came from a foreign land. Kudos to the hotel management and staffs, God bless all of you. We dont know when we can come back but the experience and impression Eagle Peak Lodge and RV Campground has given are forever printed in our memories.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay at Eagle Peak Lodge. It wasn’t planned but we couldn’t have found a better place to stay, when our bike broke down as we were riding through Ashton, ID on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.
Matt ( the owner) and Scott ( employee) are both GREAT guys who went above and beyond for us during our 5 days of waiting for the bike to get fixed. ( we had no idea how long this would take and they went day to day with us staying there) to the point they even gave us a free night accommodation because of our situation!! I’ve never had that happen before anywhere I’ve travelled. Matt, you rock and we can’t Thank You enough for everything you did for us! Scott, that goes for you too! 😁.
I’ve worked as a housekeeper for many years and the rooms, lobby, etc at Eagle Peak Lodge was to my standards very clean. It was a comfy, quiet, clean, affordable place to call ‘home’ for almost a week!
We fell in love with that little town! We hope we get to visit again soon!

Matt, one of the owners, is a great example of hospitality. We arrived late in the afternoon, so he suggested we visit the Upper Mesa Falls on the Snake River, a scenic 20-minute drive from the lodge. It was the highlight of our trip thus far.

Our room was so clean it felt like we may have been the first people to stay in it, even though we knew the Lodge had been fully booked the night before. The bed was also very comfortable.

Breakfast included bananas, yogurts, various Quaker Oatmeal packets, a variety of pastries, and coffee.

The visit here was well worth the hour drive from West Yellowstone. We have already suggested to other family members that they should add a stay here to their itineraries.

Great location near Mesa Falls, which was a highlight of our road trip around Idaho, and walking distance from downtown Ashton. Hotel room was clean and comfy. Left my glasses there, and staff was kind enough to call me when they found them (before I realized I left them) and mail them to my home. Customer service like that is hard to find these days!

We had an amazing time at Eagle Peak! They even accommodated us when I booked our rooms incorrectly. Very friendly staff and beautiful views of the countryside with easy access to the parks. We would definitely come back!!

Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room was simply awesome. Breakfast was slim, however the room rate more than made up for that.

We stayed at Eagle Peak Lodge for a week while we visited Yellowstone, the Tetons and other magnificent sights. Our room was huge with a microwave, small fridge and flat screen TV. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the large lobby which had big comfy couches and chairs, so we spent a lot of time out there reading and enjoying the view of the mountains from the large windows. The owner and his son were great! They really enhanced our trip by suggesting places to eat and out of the way sights that we wouldn't have known about. While we were there, we walked over to the RV Park, and there were great views. They have 5 cabins in the park which are really nice. We had such a good time, that we are already planning a return trip to the area, and this is definitely where we will stay.

My husband, myself and our three children were passing through Ashton on the way to my parent's for Christmas and had to stop due to the road conditions. My dad had called this hotel and made reservations and paid for the room. I was given the receipt though and couldn't believe how inexpensive the room was, then on top of that the owner put us in two adjoining rooms to ensure we would be comfortable. Our situation was pretty obvious and we could have been easily taken advantage of. Instead we got two for one at an already low rate. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The heater was left on and we were given extra blankets. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was good, the shampoo didn't smell like a nursing home, the hostess was generous and attentive. I almost never write reviews but I am very grateful and I've stayed in a bunch of hotels and found this experience to be exceptional.

We were looking forward for our stay at the hotel for our trip to Yellowstone. Unfortunately, we were involved in a car accident and had to cancel our trip. Even though it was very last minute, the owner worked hard to accommodate our request. Great customer service and we will definitely be booking this place when we replan our Yellowstone trip.

Glad I found this little gem hidden in Ashton Idaho :). The staff was legit, super friendly and very positive. We booked the room through a third party and there ended up being a small miscommunication between the establishment and the third party, but they had no issue with making an exception for which I am greatful for :). Wish the staff nothing but the best. Very quiet and peaceful area too!
Would book another stay next time I'm in town!

This hotel is in a small town not far from activities. The rooms are huge and really good if traveling with kids gives them a huge area to run and stretch there legs. It doesn’t break the bank and the staff is absolutely amazing!!! The rooms have been updated but still have that country fill to them!! I will definitely be bringing my family back.

I drove to Ashton, Idaho and after going to a couple scary looking hotels in this area, I came across Eagle Peak Lodge. They have clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms, free breakfast, the management is extremely helpful and very friendly and made my stay feel more at home. I really enjoyed my experience here and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!

We came back months later and stayed in one of their beautiful, brand new cabins that are fully furnished with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom with lots of closet space for a nice getaway. This place is perfect for anyone who wants a great stay and at an affordable price!
