Reno's on the Runway

Been eating here regularly for a few years now. Amazing food, the best staff, and an inviting, lively atmosphere make Reno’s the best kept secret in Yakima (although the word has gotten out). Portions are very generous; it’s impossible to leave hungry. Absolutely by far the best Biscuits and Gravy you’ll ever have, and the Reno sandwich is incredible. Oh, and try their BLT and then try convincing me it’s not the best you’ve ever had. Delicious soups, desserts are to die for, and the daily special is the best deal in town. We just love the place.

Great local business for breakfast or lunch. Excellent food and service. Food is always fresh and served with a smile. Can’t go wrong with the biscuits and gravy or red eye sandwich for breakfast. BLT and the grilled cheese is our lunch favorites.

My husband and I went to Renos on the runway for lunch today , We walked in and it was packed, being on the restaurant business it was a pleasure for there staff to welcome us

A friend and I went here for the first time last week, it was great! We sat outside in the sun and watched the planes. The food was great, inexpensive, and large enough for a very hungry man to get full. I got the prime rib dip which was really good, but what was amazing was the potato soup, I'm still craving it. The staff was friendly and down to earth. The food felt very homemade in a good way. I will be back. Support your local small businesses and go here.

We had such a great lunch here! The staff is super friendly and the food was great! The sandwiches come with either chips or the salad bar which was awesome! Also, they had pies that looked absolutely amazing and we will definitely have to come back another time to try one!

This place is a gem. You might not expect the great but you sure recieve it. I have had two different sandwiches and both have been good, the prime rib dip was eaten before I had a chance to photo it. Looked delicious and was delicious oh my, it may be my favorite. But there is the best deal in town here too! A sandwich gets the option of a salad bar and soup....oh boy, I love salad! The bar provided is fresh, ample, and good variety. They have the best bleu cheese dressing, healthy amounts of bleu crumble and it's not soupy. Eating here will leave you completely satisfied and full. There is a home cooked element as well as providing a full ration. This is my new haunt for lunch but they also do breakfast! Come by and bring a friend, you'll be greeted by Karli who serves you with a smile and great attitude.

Amazing over the top proportions. Great prices. With top notch Service. Would recommend coming here to anyone and everyone! Don’t miss out on this place. If you live or just visiting Yakima. Make this a must go to place.

My lunch was some of the tastiest food I've had in a long time!! Everything was made to perfection, I can't wait to go back!

My 2nd time here within 10 days. This time I had the YKM Wrap with the soup of the day which was Summer Pea (pictured here). The service from the second you walk in, is truly wonderful. You feel like family, and you get cooked for like one too! The portions are SOOOO generous and the flavor of EVERYTHING I've tried so far is delightful. Honestly one of my top 10 places of all time. Checks all the boxes for dine in, staff, service, food taste, food quality, and portions. Plus their desserts are huge enough to feed 3+ people! Incredible. This place is something special. 🥰😃

Try their latte special or the espresso shake hand made with quality coffee.

The biscuits and gravy as well as the Wheels Up Waffles are my recommendations for breakfast, but I haven't tried it all yet. Haha will report back.

Absolutely delicious! Huge portions, good price. Great service, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be going back soon!

Eat here every week. Best French Dip in the area. Great soup and salad bar. Lots of airplanes hanging everywhere and you can sit out on the patio and watch planes landing.

Still eat here once or twice a week. Stacie makes the best food. The soups never disappoint, the sandwiches are tip top, and the specials are so well priced there's really no excuse not to eat here basically any day of the week.

Homemade biscuits and gravy and it was for me the best I have ever had! First time visit but definitely not my last. Biscuits with two sausage patties covered this homemade sausage gravy. Also had pies that look amazing and I will try soon. Please people try for your selves and enjoy!

This is not fast food. Everything is made to order. So, while they are not slow, they are not fast either. The food however is worth the short wait. The soups were amazing and the sandwiches were as well. I don't know if they bake their own bread but if they don't they are getting it from a local bakery. The breads were fresh and the roll used for my sandwich had that crispy crusty crunch on the outside but was still soft on the inside. The staff was friendly and attentive and the prices were reasonable. My only small complaint would be that the indoor dining area was a bit cramped. You can't really fault them for the building being small though and they do have outdoor seating as well. Overall, this is definitely a place worth going to.

We had a great experience, they were so kind and interactive with my son as well as my fiance and I. The food was amazing and so well priced. We will definitely go back. And you get to watch the planes while enjoying the amazing food. Thank you for a great lunch.

I only tried the grilled cheese with tomato soup special and carrot cake. But I'm sure everything has to be good. Desserts are out of this world huge.

Great food, awesome atmosphere, perfect customer service and there catering is top notch! on top of all that their pricing is fair on both there dine in and take out options. Delivery feels inflated but i think thats the apps not Reno's. if you are looking for a SOLID caterer look no further than Stacy's catering run out of Reno's!

I know 5 stars is high but I promise you it's the truth. The owner's are super nice and engaging. The atmosphere is happy and fun with all the plane stuff and they even have model planes you can put together for them if you're into that kind of thing.

Food wise it's the Reno sandwich all day everyday (be warned, it's messy but well worth it). Also the slice coconut cream pie was huge and old-school with its flavors.

Every trip to Yakima we went to Minors, from now on we'll be coming here.

Really like coming here. Great service, friendly. No shortage on amount you get. And it's good.

First off, you are always greeted with "Welcome to Reno's", as you enter. We ordered the Reno's Dip...house roasted prime rib, sliced and piled high on a toasted French roll. It is served with creamed horseradish spread and au juice. The sandwich comes with your choice of a cup of homemade soup or a bag of chips. The sandwich is HUGE!
Although my husband ate the whole thing and was stuffed, I only managed half (dinner taken care of!) The house made broccoli soup was excellent as well.
Run, don't walk to Reno"s. You won't be sorry!

A nice place with a casual atmosphere. A very attentive staff who provide excellent service and food. Have the all-you-can-eat soup and salad and you can't go wrong :-)

Excellent clam chowder and turkey cranberry wraps! They're open from 10:00 to 4:00 you should definitely stop by
