Fall River Propane has been excellent company to work with as we build our family legacy cabin in Ashton. John did a great job setting our tank this week and answered all of our questions.

Been using them for years and even had a year where we switched and decided to switch back to them because we like them alot more. Their customer service just can not be beat! If there is ever an issue they are so good at working with you in getting it resolved. Just good, kind, honest people. They also put up with having to walk through a lot of snow to get to my tank in the winter so I really appreciate them being so awesome at doing that for me.

This company is exceptional! They really helped us out of a bind when we couldn't get our propane tank filled with our current company, Amerigas. We had been trying for two weeks to get propane and when we called and talked to Noelle she went out of her way to help us. She gave us a couple different options and Fall River was able to get us propane within a few hours. It was so nice to be able to talk with one person right there at their office and not a random new person every time we called. Noelle even stayed late one night trying to get us some help and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

The driver contacted me personally and let me know he couldn't access my propane tank due to snow accumulation. after rectifying the problem I called the office. They were very quick in dispatching the driver back to fill my tank and Noelle was very friendly to speak with.

Fall River Propane installed a heater in my shop and set a tank behind the shop. The technicians were very professional and they took the time to explain the steps as to what was needing to be completed. The office staff was very helpful when it can time to pay the bill as well.
