Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery

This was my first time at Mountain State and I was very nervous on just what Dr Brocks exam would tell us. I knew it wasn't going to be good but I had no idea just how expensive all the work that I have to have done would be! This is one I'm going to do a lot of praying over!! After all God is the greatest physician!! I also love how kind and sweet everyone is there! It's definitely where I want to get my care if I can cover the funds!!

Got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and haven’t felt any pain and have little to no swelling. They did a great job getting me in and out. Very impressed.

These doctors, nurses, &office personnel really care about you! They listen when you have a question. They call you at home on the evening of your surgery, just to see if you are doing ok!
I would recommend them to anyone! They deserve 10+ stars!!

I had a wonderful experience getting my dental implants from Dr. Brock. He did a fabulous job, and the staff was so comforting and definitely helped put my mind at ease. It's been 24 hrs since my surgery and I'm following their instructions (to the letter), and in no pain. I definitely recommend Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery, and Dr. Brock.

Everyone was very nice, the whole process is very simple. You’re in and out before you know it. I called with tooth pain on a Tuesday and by Thursday morning I was good as new. Highly recommend.

I was scheduled 2 weeks out for an extraction. Woke up in severe pain, called, they got me in the very next morning. Everyone was so nice. I was scared to death. I absolutely felt nothing. Woke up and it was done. Definitely will go back for any further needs. Thank you to Dr. Brock and his staff.

Very professional staff, yet friendly and made me feel comfortable. I went through my procedures just fine. The doctor and staff care about the patients. It was a new experience but not a scary one thanks to all the staff.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out and from start to finish it was smooth and went from one thing to the next. The staff was helpful and informative. They explained everything and answered the few questions I had. They called me in the afternoon checking to see how I was doing and if I had any questions.

Superb flawless team everyone from the front desk to the nurses, made me feel so safe and comfortable everything was seamless i was terrified for years to get my wisdom teeth extracted until it came to the point of me needing to have them out, they explained everything the procedure process, and reassured me, checked on me asking me if i was okay, sent me home with a care package ice packages etc. It was so easy i feel silly for being so scared now; any and all future dental work i will need this will be the place i go to for the rest of my life. Thank you to everyone at mountain state!!!!!

I thank Mountain State Oral from the bottom of my heart for fitting me in their schedule so quickly as I needed to be seen as soon as possible. Dr. Brock was absolutely professional and thorough. He attentively listened to what I had to say, let me know it was going to be alright, and did an A+ job on my tooth extraction. I was having issues getting in to an oral surgeon in a timely fashion. I called this office and received an appointment very soon. Ultimately we had to cancel twice due to weather but they continued to reschedule me quickly. I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and they were very impacted/difficult removals. The ladies and Dr Brock were wonderful at explaining everything to me and making me comfortable. This is day 5 post-op and so far things seem to be going as expected. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This Office is very caring and helpful. My son couldn't get an appointment for a month anywhere locally to remove his wisdom teeth, which one was causing him unbelievable pain. This Office made every attempt to get him in the day of me calling, but couldn't because he had already eaten and taken his medication. They really didn't have an opening but were willing to squeeze him in due to the pain he was in. The female I spoke to was SUPER sweet and took my number and said she would call me personally if she could get him in any other day this week. She asked how far away we lived so she would know whether we could make the drive in time. She knew I was struggling and calling every Office I could in an attempt to get him in, and she understood the urgency. I could hear the concern in her voice. I absolutely recommend this Office. They really care. I ended up getting an appointment the next day with their counterpart in Huntington, which is were the Surgeon in the Ashland Office came from. They were just as comforting and helpful. All great people!!

From the minute Cecil answered the phone, until I was escorted to my car, the experience with staff was caring, professional and patient specific. No cookie cutter treatment; each and every question was answered pre and post surgery. Dr. Brock and staff provided excellent care. The trip from Scioto County Ohio was the right decision.

I couldn’t recommend them more! I was absolutely terrified because I had previous bad experiences with medications. This was a breeze, the staff and doctor were all so comforting. I had all four wisdom teeth taken out an I am recovering great. I have servers anxiety and panic and this was the easiest thing I’ve ever done.

They was very very sweet and caring had my wisdom teeth removed. The doctor came in n talked with me bout everything and the nurses did to. They was very explaining on what was going on. The nurses talk to ya about some hobbies or anything to keep ur mind occupied and calm. Very clean and organized office. This is the best place around. I highly recommend this place

For 55 years I have been terrified of going to the dentist! I recently broke a tooth that you can see when I smile. I knew I had to do something! I called Mt State Oral and they immediately put a plan together to fix my situation with an implant! The procedure went very smooth, Dr Brock and his whole staff were awesome!!
