Love em! Great beer battered fish tacos always cooked fresh @great price! I like their beef tacos as well. They love my dog @drive-thru & give him a treat. Regular stop for us right next too QT.

Food was great. Staff was patient and very kind. My family is specific about how they like their food and the staff made sure everything was correct. I will definitely come back to this del taco when I'm in the area again.

Today I’m giving Dyllan five stars for his exceptional customer service. He was extremely polite, kind, helpful and patient. I really liked his can-do attitude. I would definitely recommend this location.

Black Friday 2023, only 2 employees were working and they handled it great. Very nice, my order was exactly what I ordered. I love the crew at this place. Always very respectful, polite and my order always comes correct. Thank you!! My go to spot!!

This is the first Del Taco I've seen in Georgia. Ordered 2 tacos 🌮 and a bean & beef burrito. Service was extremely fast, and the food was hot and delicious. It sure beats the other Taco place!

Went for lunch, my first time ever going to a Del Taco. The service was great, no lunch rush, speedy service, great prices, and clean restaurant! I will continue to eat here!

I updated my review after my last interaction last week. The guy working the drive thru was great. The service was still slow but he kept coming over the intercom and saying he was sorry for the delay and it would be just a few more minutes. Ive been here so many time and thats the first time someone kept communication, not just left me sitting there at a dead speaker for 10 minutes. Also he was dancing a bit when I pulled up to the window which made me happy. Service can move slow but when staff are friendly and give good communication it makes so much difference.

The vegan beyond avocado taco meal is absolutely wonderful. It is fantastic to be able to enjoy a meal with my non vegan family members. This particular restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly & helpful and it is usually pretty quick.

Loved the entire experience. I wish we had Del Taco back in Oxford Alabama.

Stopped in for late night dinner on the road again, as always food was great flavorful. I love to see a taco shell full of actual meat and cheese with a side of lettuce instead of some others who spray the meat like it's a topping.

My opinion Del Taco flavor is far better and for the dollar for dollar there's no comparison in taste, and value.

Two people working and they both work so hard are kind and do the best they can!
Del taco you should be ashamed! Hire more people the cars were around the building!

Visited the drive through after a long day, was pleased to find they were open after 2100. I have always like the Del Taco tacos. The tacos were good as usual, I also got an order of fries as a treat.. while sitting in line to pick up I anticipated that they would be left over and cold. I was pleasantly surprised that they were fresh and hot. The staff was also friendly and kind.

Never even knew anything about Del Taco except my husband said they had good food. Well, the food is very good, especially those addictive cheesecake bites! I love the salads and LOVE that they have all their "fresh fixings" PROUDLY displayed in a glass refrigerated unit facing the dining area so you can SEE you are not getting "old" food. Quick service too! We just seem to stay away during the week.

Late night service is fantastic. My cashier was really nice and made sure my order came out perfectly! Even my fries were fresh and not refried old fries (I'd still eat them even if they were, I'm not too picky) so I was happy about that as well. Anyway, 10/10.

My husband and I visited this location today for dinner we were surprised to see that the dining room was open with so many places not having employees you’re only able to get drive-through, at this location, we entered the establishment only to find that there were two employees working a full drive through and Maintaining The dining room at the same time. We watch these two employees run the entire business with a smile on their faces, and with the utmost professionalism. We were so impressed with them that I had to ask their name Eric and Britney “You guys are a true example” Del Taco I hope you know what these two employees are doing day in and day out for your establishment, This was my First visit to a Del Taco ever! And I will return because of those 2 employees working today.

Racquel was the manager today and fixed a problem asap with a show of kindness. This place in my opinion is 100% better than taco bell which I haven't visited in a few years, was tired of the stomach aches.. Fresh, just look at the whole avocados and tomatoes in the case up front... I just wished they still did breakfast.

EDIT: the Gm reached out to me personally and and stated that the phones had not been working correctly. She also explained and apologized that there have been some issued with the delivery system that they are working on fixing. 10/10 customer service.

Placed an order online for delivery around 8:40 pm. It said the delivery time was expected around 10:30. I figured they had a lot of orders and didn't mind waiting.
I called in at 9:50 pm and they had never received the order, and was told it should show up soon.

It's now 10:27. My order status still says it's received, and I have tried calling nonstop for the last 10 minutes with no answer.

I've worked in food service, I understand how things can get backed up. I dont mind waiting.
Ignoring calls, not contacting when you can't complete and order, etc is completely unacceptable.

Ordered a massive amount of food for takeout on July 4 over the phone (online ordering is not enabled for this location at this time, FYI...does not tell you that until the end)

$70+ for a crowd of people.

The shift manager got my order right, went above and beyond helping us ensure accuracy, and even helped my family picking up the order take it to the car. I do not know her name, but she deserves a raise!

Oh, and it was DELICIOUS. Very impressed, and will be returning! (Personal favorite: The meat trio burrito.)
