I had to fix my engagement ring because one of the diamonds fell out. I just walked in and they fixed it within 15 mins or less. It was very cheap to fix and add a new side diamonds. I am so happy I found this place! Will be going back

The most polite people I’ve met here. Called to ask if they could help me with closing the back of my watch and they offered they could do it without any charge. Once I got there I decided to have the battery replaced too. They took nothing more then 5 minutes and informed me before closure that the watch had some damaged parts. For the 10$ it was worth the drive and I am definitely coming back to this place. Big thanks to the gentleman that closed my watch and the wonderful lady at the front desk! Sorry I didn’t got their names! 😊

Pembroke Jewelers has some outstanding staff! Hard to find in South FL. They pay attention to detail. They do not look at you like a number.
