Heritage Dental of Lady Lake

This was the best dentist I’ve ever been to! As soon as I walked in, there was a sign with my name welcoming me. Krystal and Taylor were at the front and greeted me with kindness. As soon as I said my last name, Krystal recognized I was a new patient and welcomed me. Kayla was very informative and answered all of my questions with care. Everyone who took care of me was so kind. At the end, it was raining and Krystal went to the back to grab an umbrella and walked me to my car! What a special moment. I am so happy I found this new dental family. ❤

The girls at the front desk were awesome. I’m one of those people that nothing makes my blood pressure go up except going to a dentist. The girl I was with in the back was great. Sitting watching a waterfall is also relaxing. I wish I could remember names because all three of the girls i interacted with with 5 Star for sure

Out of town on vacation, broke a tooth. They were able to get me in the same day. Very friendly staff, pleasant relaxing, environment. Provided thorough exam and provided options. Dr. Eden and Melodie were both professional, friendly, and patient. While they don't take insurance, they do file the insurance claims for you. Pleasantly surprised the bill wasn't more. Highly recommend Heritage Dental. Also, my father has been a patient there for 20 years.

I had the best experience today at Heritage Dental. I had been putting if off for quite awhile but was beyond satisfied with my service! I’ve been reading different reviews from various dental places for a long time and I’m so glad I made the right choice. My hygienist was awesome and Dr. Nguyen was great too. I have a plan in place and I feel it was very reasonable. No pressure to do anything I didn’t need. I’m one happy girl tonight!

Wow! I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a doctors or dentist appointment as I have here. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a super friendly receptionist, Krystal. Every single employee who interacted with me from the moment I walked in the door was very friendly and comforting. Kayla continuously ensured I was comfortable through my scans and did everything she could to make each scan as quick and painless as possible. Dr. Eden was very informative without scaring me. She was open to hearing all of the questions and concerns I had. I don’t think I’ve ever left a dentists appointment excited for my next until now. They have built a great culture that I am happy to be a part of now.
It’s also great to be able to call the office and actually get an answer on the first try unlike so many other places.
If you experience anxiety or fear when at dental appointments, this is the place you should go.

The staff is the best! I've always been nervous going to the dentist but Kayla and Dr Eden were both very understanding about my TMJ and gave me breaks when possible to rest my jaw during my procedure. Nichole was awesome too with my teeth cleaning and explained the process and offered tips on how to best keep my teeth at their best. I highly recommend Heritage Dental if you are looking for a dental office with a great team to service all your dental needs.

My dental office is in another state and I had an urgent dental issue. I'm not their patient but they got me in same day and took care of me. Great office and everyone was very friendly! Highly recommended!

I had tie best personalized experience in this dentist office yesterday starting with Krystal and Taylor at the front desk as they welcomed me into the office and made it a point to be both friendly and professional.
When it was time for me to go back to the patient room I was asked if I would like a blanket. What a surprise that was as I normally need to dress for cold weather on most dental offices.
I very much appreciated that, and I was made aware that there is a menu of items that I can choose from for any needs I may have while in this room. This dental office is run very efficiently, with care and respect for the clients. I believe it was Melonie that went over the paperwork regarding my appointment and my future appointment as far as the cost of services etc.
After looking over my x-ray's and visually checking my teeth Dr Eden made a suggestion as to how to proceed with my concerns regarding a tooth that may or may not need to have a route canal done. She made a referral and Taylor took care of setting up my appointment before I left the office.
Thank you to everyone at this office that I came in contact with as the service I receive was impeccable.

Went to have my annual check up. My dental hygienist was Nicole. Nicole was both very pleasant and professional. She answered any questions that I had. I have to say my teeth look and feel much better. I would definitely recommend Heritage Dental.

I highly recommend Heritage Dental of Lady Lake! My initial appointment of x-rays and exam was pleasant and painless! Mehgan and Kayla were both professional, friendly, and caring during the x-ray process! My comfort was always their priority!
Dr. Eden then came in to examine my teeth! She is a breath of fresh air! Dr. Eden is professional, intelligent, compassionate, easy to talk with, and a ray of sunshine! I couldn't be in better hands! In addition, Taylor expedited all of my paperwork in a friendly and efficient manner!

All in all, I had a great experience! I know this practice will provide me the best of care! Don't hesitate to try Heritage Dental!!!

A very homey waiting area ~ I felt like I was in a living room!
The hygienist was friendly and professional. She explained the procedure and gave me dental tips for my care at home. The dentist was thorough and even funny! I highly recommend this practice.

Just left my first appointment at Heritage Dental. Nicole was my hygienist, and she was very informative about preventive care and was very caring. Dr Nguyen was also very personable and between them, I learned much more about my oral health than with my past Dentists!

Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Finally found a great dentist.

Went to see Dr Eden yesterday to see if she could reattach my bridge. Kayla helped me as well. Absolutely a great experience and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!

I had exrays and a very good cleaning by Kari, she is amazing. Kari did a very thorough exam and cleaning. I highly recommend Heritage Dental in Lady Lake, FL. The entire process was smooth and most professional from confirming my appointment with reminders, too explaining what would be done today, and I had no wait time once I arrived to the center. 5 star service.. thank you.

I’m terrified of Dentists! Came to this office for an emergency appointment regarding pain in my tooth and unfortunately they had to pull it. I wasn’t mentally prepared at all for it and called my mom to cry and get a boost of courage. The dentist and the assistant melody were AMAZING! They were kind, patient, explained everything they were doing or going to do. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed and all staff was courteous and nice. This is my new place for sure!!! I’m not terrified of this place lol.

First time at Heritage, Kari was my hygienist. She was very kind and informative. Dr. Nguyen is very likable and also extremely caring. Krystal the receptionist checked me in and out. There was a welcome smile on her desk that personally welcomed me there. If you are looking for a family dentist, this is the place. I highly recommend them.

It was that time for full x-rays and evaluations, with a new Dental Practice.
My first time at Heritage Dental was yesterday. I was greeted by Krystal and Taylor and a very touching sign with my name on it, welcoming me to the office.
My hygienist Kari was professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. Kari was easy to talk to. We even had a few laughs.
I met Dr. Duy Nguyen, for my final evaluation, and plan of action strategy. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen, for all the time you took to explain the plan.
I am very happy with my first impressions of everyone that I met in the practice. And, by the way, they have a beautiful office.

I am a new patient at this office and it is so amazing. I had June as my dental assistant, Kari as my hygienist and Dr. Nguyen as my dentist. I thought they were all so nice, welcoming and attentive. The receptionists were also so lovely! The office is also very beautiful and well kept. I’m happy I found this office!

Highly recommend Heritage Dental! Dr. Duy Nguyen and Krystal are amazing beyond words. I experience dental anxieties (some days more than others) and these two STELLAR professionals crushed it with my recent dental pain emergency (broken crown) - WELL DONE. I have to give a special shout out to Krystal for doing her "magic" on getting me seen on the same day of my emergency THANK YOU KRYSTAL!
