After years of wanting to visit this store it finally happened, and all I can say is wow! The staff(especially Sky) were so patient and helpful. It’s more than a store, it’s an experience. It was so good we returned the following day to buy more stuff! Definitely recommend and we will be back many times!

employees were so so so kind as soon as i walked in the door!! the woman with the dermal forehead piercing (i didn’t catch her name) was so helpful with trying to find me a skirt i could fit in my budget after the one i wanted wasn’t in my size. i’m not from the area but i would genuinely travel back here just to visit this store!!!

I went in today for the Black Friday sale and to get a pair of boots I have had my eyes on for quite some time. I was greeted promptly upon enter the store. Madison immediately and enthusiastically asked me if I needed help to which I sang a YES. Long story short, I am super pleased with the service and thrilled to bring home those gorgeous, sexy boots!

Great store with a wide selection of everything. From leather, jewelry, gear, boots, and pretty much anything you can imagine. Things are priced decently compared to other stores and even big retailers online. The staff here is very helpful and very nice. If you are getting started or just have never visited the store. It's well worth it!

My wife and I found the store to be clean, organized, and well-stocked. The staff made us feel at home from the moment we walked into the store. Big shoutouts to Aspen who was extremely knowledgeable and attentive and was willing to go the extra mile to help us. The music was also on point and delivered a great vibe throughout the store. Our visit was definitely 5 stars! Thank you again for such a warm and welcome experience.

Was in the area and saw the sign so my partner and I decided to drop by yesterday - we were totally amazed by the quality and selection they offer, as well as being very open and welcoming and happy to advise/answer any questions. Axel and Rebecca specifically went above and beyond to help my partner and I for a few hours while we tried on clothes, asked questions, and decided what to purchase. Even though we live 45 mins south of here, it's definitely going to be the place we return to for similar purchases.

Being somewhat of a reserved person, nerves were taking over as I walked around the store. January stepped in and made sure that I was comfortable and explained what each item I was interested in did. She also made great
recommendations of other items that she thought I would be interested in as well. Her customer service was outstanding!

I have been to this store twice now. My partner and I went to the store close to closing and they were still so nice about it. Rebecca helped us right away with what we were looking for, giving us all the information we needed, and wonderful helpful advice. The service was quick and easy. The environment of this store is so welcoming and non-judgmental. This store gives you a sense of safety and comfort more than your own home. Will forever be a customer here.

January was great and very knowledgeable. She has a great personality that makes it very easy to talk to and ask questions. The store was very clean and well organized. I was able to find what I wanted and some extra things I’ve been looking for. Found some great things for my boyfriend and I. Great experience and a great place for all your fetish needs.

I drove an hour to get to this store from South Beach, Miami, and let me tell you; IT WAS WORTH IT! The customer service is out of this world. You are in the best hands if you have Brianna, Aspen, Kaji, or Emma helping you. I found multiple outfits for a fetish event I am attending in a few months, and everyone was making sure I looked my best and found exactly what I needed with all the accessories possible. Nothing felt pushed, perfect suggestions, excellent prices compared to online or other stores with the similar products, and kindness all around. You know you are among community in this store and people who care about your needs. I can't wait to return once I am visiting again.

The moment I walked I was greeted by the staff. I browsed for a moment and was then asked if I needed any assistance. I did, as I wasn’t even sure what I was looking for. Both Emma and Saca helped me find the perfect outfit within my budget and were super helpful. I was a little apprehensive in describing what I was looking for as I’m “new.” They made me feel 100% comfortable. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and will most certainly be back!

Great store with a great, diverse inventory. Axel was the best!! She helped us, tremendously!! We loved the boots she was wearing so much, we bought a pair.

Kaji, Aspen and Axel were ALL so helpful today. Kaji was very respectful when helping me try on clothes and I felt safe. I've been to the fetish factory a few times despite being from out of town and I always feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable. The store's selection can't be rivaled in my opinion. My only complaint is that I can't visit more often.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Aspen was very helpful in selecting a size for a latex suit and with general information on care and storage of latex garments. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone I know visiting the area.

My favorite place!!! Great community, they follow all safety requirements regarding covid19 I feel very safe shopping in their store. I recently purchased some gorgeous latex outfits. Emma was so helpful in picking out an additional outfit just based upon how great she thought it would look on me and she was right. It was an under bust corset. It’s not something I would have thought would have looked good on me but WOW she has a great eye. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love this shop.
