I have no idea what any of these other people are talking about we have used them for the last nine years they've always been on time great prices and great quality stuff. In fact I'm ordering things today, and great customer service Pastor Dwayne Black from the Sanctuary Church in Fort Lauderdale

Outcome: Didn't get what I was looking for and horrible customer service!!!
I called looking for assistance with a name and logo print on shirt(s). I showed a current example of what we had that I wanted to improve. I was asked to pay $85.00 for them assisting in changing the font "letter(s) stitch needed to be wider for better quality" I was told. What was provided was the font went to all bold letters and I didn't like, it looked like a uniform shirt for a Service Repair Man. I asked for some other options, the other options provided looked exactly like what we had originally but bigger.

They didn't charge my credit card (thankfully), but the lady was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. Clients are entitled to not like something, that doesn't give anyone a right to take it personal and then lash out at them. We could have worked it out, I wasn't turned off with the company until the woman spoke unkindly and hung up on me.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I basically had the same experience as the review before me. They made a mistake and did not want to take responsibility for it, the lady was so rude and snarky. We have ordered from them several times and they had no desire to resolve the issue nor keep us as a customer. By far the worst customer experience I've ever come across!!!
