Big fan of their new jalapeño ranch chicken wrap!! Might be replacing the bootlegger as my top choice. In addition to their sandwiches and wraps another highlight is their jalapeño chips, big fan and great crushed up in any sandwich for a bit of a kick.

I typically get Jimmy John’s delivered, but I went to the store to pick up for the first time in a while and service was just as fast. There was a unique smell when I walked in that bothered me a bit but otherwise place was clean and there was no line. May stick with their ‘freaky fast’ delivery, but either way I’d highly recommend

Had a good experience here. They need more Jimmy Johns locations as they are on of the better sandwich shops. Ingredients, meat is always great. Good job.

They tried to wack me on my first visit. Who the hell puts mayo on an Italian. I'm very allergic to eggs and the outcome was close to disastrous

Went here during the PAX East convention, and to have Jimmy John's as an option is really refreshing. I have heard nothing but great things and to finally try it makes me not want to consider any other sandwich shop for my sandwiches.

Only wish is that I was up in Boston more than once a year

The food was delicious here. We all ordered subs with chips and a drink. No one was waiting so the service was fast, however they did forget to make one sandwich in our order. It was realized right away and it only took them a minute to fix it up. The seating area is small, so this is not a great location for a large party of people. There were four of us and we had to sit at separate two-seat tables.

The best service and phenomenal sandwiches. I arrived a few minutes after close on the 4th of July. It had been a long day of travel to get to Boston and an evening spent in Emergency with my 2 year old. A staff member (maybe owner or Manager?) was wiping down the windows when he saw us come up looking distressed and starving. He could tell we were disappointed that we missed our chance to enjoy a delicious Jimmy John’s sandwich and to generally just be fed! He opened the doors back up and made up some food for us to go. It was a perfect and very thoughtful gesture. He went the extra mile, which I find is extremely rare in the service industry these days. Thanks for taking care for us and being awesome! We will be back.

Simple, fresh, filling sandwiches, nothing crazy, nice and easy. I get the plasticy bread comments, tho I don't agree. I'd rather this than the overwhelming bulky roll others use.
The wheat bread is phenomenal tho, it's super thick, soft, and moist. It's not a roll, like oversized sliced bread. It's not overpowering wheat flavored and it's just a little nutty, and has a firm crust. Best bread ever!! And it's fresh everyday and you can definitely tell!

Typical submarine sandwich fare. Nothing to write home about, but very tasty if that's what you are looking for. The efficiency at this place was insane though. There were literally 40 people in line ahead of me (convention), and I groaned inwardly as I opened the door...but I was through the line in less than 10 minutes and my order was made almost as fast as I could pay for it.

i go to PaxEast every year and this year i was really tight on cash Jimmy Johns helped me survive 4 days of video gaming and networking. While yes the prices can go up depending on the size the regular and the 12 inch were my saving grace. As a gamer i cant tell you how important is it to havenfood figured out and to me jimmy johns is really my solution to my on the go problems. Eating at fancy restaurants is cool for networking reasons but to survive you need food that is ready to go. I love Jimmy Johns

I love JJ's subs...Boston just doesn't appreciate JJ's, but it's Bah-ston. Whad-ya expect!

Great sandwich place, its what the chains used to be like. Big stuffed sandwiches, great ingredients badass staff with the Boston touch. Thumbs up.
