We ordered their $8.99 pizza and it was excellent. The gal that helped us was very helpful and friendly. We stopped in here multiple times over the past few days as we were in town for work. We spoke to several employees and each was kind and efficient.

This is a awesome store for everything I needed when I went. Friendly staff. Clean and orderly and very good location.. Managers are awesome

Cat and Ti are the best part of when I stop by for my snacks! 💚

There's a woman there who is always very nice and works the same time that I get off of work and head there for my free drink. I lost a bag of books i bought there and she kept them behind the counter untill I came back, and she also helped me look for my T-Pass although it wasn't there. The only complaints I have is the frequent broken soda and creamer machines, which barely takes off a star. And the guy working there one night that followed me around the store asking me questions and complimenting me and only left me alone when I told him I was in high school. Even then, he gave me another "compliment" as I left. Gross and creepy.

Followed around store by employees. I went to grab some snacks on my way to the hotel. The first employee left from behind the counter to follow me to the back. I didn’t notice at first . I went back to switch out my water when I saw the next employee watching my sister who was picking up chips in the other aisle. Not just watching but surveilling her every move. When I initially entered the store both employees were behind the counter . There were other customers in the store but somehow they only decided to move from their position when my sister and I (black women) with suitcases and other luggage picked up snacks. While checking out , my hand touched the employee and she wiped her hand in her shirt as if I was dirty to the touch. What should I make of this? After checking out we waited for a little inside of the store to call the Uber while we continued to be watched by the employee. First time in Boston, from the south and never experienced such micro aggressions.

This place is terrible. Customer service sucks, refrigerators are almost always empty, cashiers always have an attitude when you try to pay items with them. They fired one lady that was always friendly, courteous and was there 7 days a week. Always with a smile and bring in some dude that has an attitude when you ask him a question.
Oh and check the items you buy, place has rats. Avoid if you can.

All the workers do not want to work or help customers. Told me they don’t want to waste their time. Every worker is on the phone while working. Chips had holes on it by mice.

Hours are never accurate, they do not open or close when they say they will. Store was closed at 8:30pm when the sign said open until “11pm.” This is a regular thing, they just operate whenever they want

Terrible customer service, rude employees, rude managers, store always dirty. Also seen a rat running through the store the other day.

Just went in to get coffee and muffin
Was at pastry and was about to grab a muffin and employee cut in front of me and grabbed last one and just smiled
