So happy I found this place. The dentist is so so so nice and the dental assistant was so kind and caring! They did not make me feel bad for being a big dramatic baby. The extraction took about 10 seconds, the numbing took the longest because I was very antsy and getting worked up. I’m so thankful for them for removing a tooth that was giving me pain for 5 years. I can finally say that I look forward to seeing the dentist!!

Everyone was AMAZING!! Special THANK YOU to Kisha for her support and encouragement! Going to the dentist is never too much fun for anyone, but I was a tough patient!!!

I was able to get in quickly. Didn't have any bad experience. Everyone there was professional. The dentist did a great job pulling my tooth.

Appointment scheduled @10AM for a cavity filling. I arrived 5 minutes early & by 10:02 I had been given numbing shots. I proceeded to sit there for 40 minutes whilst the "dentist" ran around making up for his late arrival.

The cleanliness of this office is horrendous. The trays that they set used tools on are seemingly the only thing that gets cleaned regularly.
The "dentist" seems to have forgotten universal precautions. He put clean gloves on, then immediately got on his phone to put on music, then went to playing around in my mouth.

During the cavity filling procedure, I needed to be injected (jabbed carelessly) 7-8 times with numbing medicine. I would express discomfort, he would jab me 1 or 2 times, NOT WAIT AT ALL, and then go back to grinding my tooth, which hadn't yet gotten fully numbed. This would prompt me to express discomfort again, and he would jab me another 1 or 2 times!! Once again, not waiting at all before going back to grinding my tooth! I'm not a dentist, but I recognize how ridiculous that is!

I should have walked out after waiting 40 minutes uncomfortably numb with little attention, but I gave this fella the benefit of the doubt.

Please take my advice and SKIP trying this place! The staff are friendly, but the "dentist" is unbelievably out of touch with many things.

Pictures provided from my visit. Notice the cleanliness

Won’t be going back here. Waited in the waiting room for an hour. Never got called back. Finally went to the desk, they had totally forgotten about me. They grossly overbook so everything is frantic and hurried. I had a broken tooth cutting the inside of my mouth so I was very disappointed. The dentist is really nice but the reception is not friendly. Also the place is very dated kind of like walking back in time. They just lost out on a lot of my business because I was going to pay over 2k out of pocket for a procedure but I will take my business elsewhere.

NEVER GO HERE! I’ve had two unmedicated, at home births and much rather give birth every month for the rest of my life then go here again. I had a root canal done here and it was the most traumatic experience in my life. For starters, after getting into a fight with one of his staff, yelling and hitting walls the same doctor called me to his room. He then insisted he didn’t need his assistant and sent her out of the room. He was slamming drawers around looking for his tools and began aggressively trying to numb my mouth by stabbing me with his needle in multiple places. Immediately after, he started prepping the area for the root canal. I told him that I still felt everything and he huffed at me then stabbed my gums several more times and left the room. He came back and started preparing the area again and I told him that I still could feel the pain. He aggressively stabbed his needle in my mouth in several areas and then started drilling! I jumped back telling him that I still felt everything and then he did another round of jabs through my mouth. Once again he began drilling for several sequences and I finally got up telling him that I think I needed to just come back another time. He manipulated me, by explaining how I need to just hold still long enough for him to drill a big enough opening so that he could numb the nerve directly. I gave into his manipulation because I am breastfeeding and didn’t want to risk getting an infection and disadvantage my baby from getting the nutrients she needs. So I laid back down and gave it every strength I had not to move and pull away from his drilling. He drilled for what seemed to be a lifetime and I could not hold back the tears any longer and began hyperventilating uncontrollably. He continued to drill away while I still felt everything! I felt as though I was in a horror movie as this man drilled away at my teeth with his light blinding me in my eyes, as my vision blurred, welling up with my tears. At this point I could barely breath and then he finally stopped and stuck his needle in deeply to numb the nerve. Again, I much rather give birth once a month then do this ever again at Wilson Family Dentistry. Truly, it was the worst experience of my life. This doctor even had the nerve to make smart remarks at me telling me that I’m not supposed to swallow my spit or wipe my own drool with the bib to stop it from running down my face and neck and that I needed to wait for him to do that. After finishing his procedure, the office was closed and we were alone while one staff member waited in the lobby who checked me out at the end and did the final X-rays. She looked at me with empathy and gave me a paper towel to wipe my tears and snot. She also wiped out all the blood and drool that I had built up in my mouth.
I came out to my husband who was in the car watching our children and I lost it, hyperventilating uncontrollably as I could barely explain to him my traumatic experience. Please don’t risk going to this place!

All the dental hygienists and front desk staff are fantastic wonderful people.

The dentist however has to be some sort of sadist, doesn't seem to care about what the patient wants or needs done randomly drills without informing you of what's going to happen and you are kind of left with whatever he decides is going to be in your mouth permanently, seemed absolutely annoyed when asked to correct his very obvious mistakes that even the dental hygienist pointed out was a screw up.

Repeatedly cursing under his breath during a procedure does not instill confidence in a patient

Edit to add:
I feel much more comfortable sharing the exact details of my visits with the dentist now that other patients have shared theirs this man left me completely maimed he shaved into other teeth that were not part of the repair making them lopsided and crooked large gaps in between teeth that weren't there before because of his blind drilling he drilled off more than he was supposed to after creating a more than two millimeter overhang on a tooth repair causing it to impact with my lower teeth every time I close my mouth when eating, after his correction of the overhang he left it crooked, as well as drilling into the tooth beside the repair for absolutely no reason leaving that angled crooked and with a large chunk out of the tooth I have been too terrified that this man will further Mame or disfigure me to return for any follow-up

Worst experience ever! Receptionists were rude and unprofessional. The woman who did my cleaning is an absolute sadist! She thoroughly enjoyed inflicting as much pain as possible and wouldn't let up for a second. When i finally pulled back and forced her to stop for a second she (very snotty) remarked "yeah, it's gonna be a little uncomfortable." I wish "0" stars was an option!

Very dissatisfied with this company and unfortunately it’s the only place to accept my insurance. I have been seen here twice for normal cleanings and the first time the woman cut my gum and the 2nd time I brought to their attention a hole in my tooth and asked to have it fixed because it was causing great pain to eat. Long story short I got a date for the procedure and less than 24hours before my appointment I get a text message saying they made a mistake and had to push my surgery back a whole month!! I’ve already waited a month for this appointment and you’re going to change it on your own will with no approval from the one who is IN PAIN FROM A TOOTH!! There is no excuse because I’ve had this appointment on the books since June- if there was a conflict it’s because your employees can’t do their job right. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

This office left me without a front tooth and is now holding my crown for ransom! They did not get proper pre-authorization so my insurance didn't pay, so NOW, AFTER I let them put a temporary crown on, they tell me that I owe money (A LOT of money) and they will not do anything else for me until I pay. I have absolutely no way to pay, and had I known this, I would have NEVER agreed to the temporary crown. He is the one that said I needed it. It's not like I even asked for this. But, now, because of THEIR lack of proper procedures to ensure payment via insurance BEFORE a procedure, I am left covering my mouth when I speak and unable to smile. This is unreal! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR FACE!!!

Just called to see if they accept my insurance and to make an appointment. The receptionist didn't seen happy and was rude answering the phone. Definitely not going somewhere that doesn't have phone manners.
