Amazing pediatric office! If you have any problems that are not getting resolved ask to speak to Dr. Noonan and she will fix them. Everyone in the office is always polite and kind and caring about your child’s health.

I am very happy to have found children's first. I look forward to going here for any of my kids needs.

My son loves them so much and trusts them and thinks they are the best doctors in the whole world cause they fix him up and take care of him 💙

I have been very disappointed with our whole experience with this office.

At first I was excited because my son had gotten sick right after we moved and they were able to get us in, even though we weren't primary patients. He was diagnosed with 3 different illnesses. That's where our experience went downhill. The provider we were seeing wasn't empathetic at all to the situation and was zero help on what to do in the event he was to get sicker. Just saying to take him to the ER if he was to turn blue. From there we had a huge issues getting his medical records from his old provider. It took 4 weeks, and me getting them sent to myself to get them there. But nobody called or followed up with us, I had to call myself to make sure they got them.
My last issues is that after waiting four weeks, we have to wait an additional three to get seen to start service. Unacceptable.

Not only that, but everytime I called ( and talking to different people) someone had an attitude. I'll admit after a few times I was probably a little fiesty- but I had every right to be considering I was doing what they should have. The last straw was being hung up on. Super unprofessional.

Not a good place to go. Don't even check for rsv. Grandchild had it but they only said was a cold

Felt judged when asking questions.

Checked my child’s chart after previous visit and the chart said my child has cleft-lip.
My child was not born with cleft-lip or cleft-palate. Lips and mouth are completely normal and they were born normal.

We received a bill that was not put through insurance, even though they take my insurance.

Just overall unhappy with the experience here. We’ve switched doctors and are now happy with where we go.

These people just randomly bill me a year later for my daughter's visit. I carry the insurance on my kids but I do not even take them to First Pediatrics. Just because the insurance is in my name doesn't mean that if you let someone else use my insurance card they are not responsible for the co pay creation. Learn how to do your job!
