The office staff at Valley Dental Care, Rivendell CT is unprofessional and they should not be allowed to have contact with the public.
They demanded that we pay for the office visit at the time of the visit. Then they submitted the insurance. The Medicare insurance paid nearly the whole bill. When we asked for our overpayment back - nearly $4000 - the office people grrw nasty and said it would have to submit the request in writing, which we did. Then she said that upper management has to approve it. Which they haven't Next they said they can't speak with the insurance company unless we submit a letter permitting them to speak with them. We did. But the insurance has been unable to contact them despite numerous trys.
At our next visit for cleaning the dental hygensis was terrible. Hurtful, incompetent and not complete. I have to wonder if this was on purpose to make sure we didn't come back.

This has been going on for 6 months with no resolution in sight.
Now complaining to the Virginia Board of Health Professionals, Enforcement Division.
(Note: there are several documented penalties against Dr Adeeb, a Monterey California resident) for various reasons.
I am trying to let every one know of the deceptive business practices of Valley Dental to maybe help others to avoid this place.
Simply put, don't consider this dentist.
