After buying a Solara from Eduardo a few years ago, I enjoyed it so much I wanted another for my summer home up north. I saw that Eduardo had a twin, so I now enjoy the comfort, reliability, and open-air convenience of the Solara year round.

I posted a 5 star review the day we picked up our Solara. Part of me thought that I should wait to post just in case I have any issues, but I posted anyway. I can now even more fully give my 5 stars. Not only is the car even better than we had hoped, but they have been very kind and responsive and have been there to answer questions and deal with issues. I was afraid that if I gave my 5 star review too soon, they would just be done with us but that was not the case. They have continued to be very helpful and accommodating. I can honestly say that I very highly recommend them.

When I met Alberto and his family, I had already been looking for a couple of months for a reasonably priced hybrid. This was the first place I had seen one in good condition and at a good price range. Being older, the car had a few quirks which Alberto explained in detail. He joined me on the drive and went over a lot with me to make sure I was comfortable in the car. I really appreciated this. He was honest and took time to explain a lot too as this was my first hybrid and I am new to the States. There was no pressure to buy either, unlike what you get at some other dealers. So I purchased the car and the handling of the purchasing was seamless too. I had the car keys in my hands within a couple of days.

Then after I let the car sit for a while when I went away, it wouldn't start. Reliable had told me before I left with the car, to contact them anytime. So I called, explained my problem and Alberto came to meet me. He checked the OCD codes with me, helped me get the car started and took time to explain the hybrid battery to me again. Then he drove with me to make sure all was ok. His honesty and the extra help, out of his own time and pocket was beyond any level of service I could have expected. He wanted to make sure before I took the car to a mechanic that it wasn't just a simple fix (which it was). Again, I really appreciated this and I will happily recommend Reliable to everyone needing a car.

Was looking for a Ford Explorer to buy. Went to a few small dealers where they tell you the car is here and the ad price is the real price but when you get there the car isn’t there and if it was there the price listed was with 50% down. I decided to go to one more small dealer which was Reliable Rides, when I got there the car was on the lot, the condition of the car was amazing! The other cars I saw at the different dealers were beaten up and had some damages. Alberto from Reliable Rides was amazing and friendly, even treated me to lunch as I waited for the paperwork to get done. They even followed up with me a few days later to see how the car is doing. I would Definitely use Reliable Rides again.

I had been in the market for a used Lexus RX330/350 for my wife and daughter to drive and had been looking at listings far and wide (I am in New England and my search included listings as far as Texas and Chicago) when I came across Alberto's listing. I have purchased several cars out of state before and one of the concerns is always whether what you are seeing in photos truly represents the car. As a photography hobbyist, I know some of the tricks used in sales photography and spotted nothing of concern, but I was going to have to fly down to FL to see, hear and drive this car in person. Speaking with Alberto on the phone, I could tell he was an honest, sincere person, and my hesitancy to travel to this car in particular (over the large, certified dealerships for the other listings in the other states) was immediately erased. When I arrived to meet Alberto and view the car, I was not disappointed in any way. The car was exactly as described and represented, and Alberto was as real, and sincere as I could hope for in human, period, regardless of the fact that we were engaging in business, and a pleasure as well. Of course, another factor was the pricing itself. After much research and searching, I literally could not beat the price for the value received (and no surprise fees or costs, either). I drove that Lexus back to New England over the following 2 days and it was, and continues to be, a great purchase. I have always bought new cars instead of used because I worry about repairs and reliability. There were a few minor issues, but they were pointed out before I even asked. Everyone is willing to help, and the process of looking, test-driving and completing the paperwork was quick and complete. I love the car, and I would not hesitate to buy from Reliable again.

Very awesome service. Reliable Rides is best dealer in the area of soflo for reliable cars at an affordable price. I called to schedule a test drive during my lunch break at work and was able to pickup the car within an hour’s time later that same afternoon! Needless to say the service speaks for itself, 10/10
