Winchester Pediatric Clinic

This is absolutely my favorite pediatric clinic <3 Dr. Dansie pretty much saved my sons life when he had a rare flu complication. Taking our concerns seriously, sending for appropriate testing, and even calling ahead at the hospital to pre-check my son in. He followed up with each appointment and even called with test results while he was on vacation. I am so thankful for Dr. Dansie everytime I see my healthy 8 year old running around. This clinic truly cares about your childs wellbeing and the mental wellbeing of the parent.

At every appointment, no matter who we have seen, they have taken the time to listen and help treat my children. We are currently working with Dr. Cercone and she has been equally as wonderful and caring.

As a parent it is a relief that there are caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy pediatricians who are just a phone call or portal message away when needed.

We highly rate Dr. Cercone. We are new parents and she took the time to explain everything to us and made us feel confident and comfortable that our baby was healthy. She was very understanding and knowledgeable. She is an amazing doctor and we will keep coming back to see her and trust her in the care of our newborn. 5 stars for her!

Dr. Robertson deserves more than 5 stars! I couldn’t ask for a better doctor to take care of my son. I can breathe easier, knowing that my son has one of the best. I highly recommend him! Thank you Dr. Robertson for everything you’ve done and continue to do for him.

Dr. Duck has been amazing for our son since his birth. We are so grateful for her attentiveness and concern regarding any issue we may have.
I also had the pleasure of seeing NP Jackie today for an urgent appointment. She was wonderful and got us in and out in no time. I would definitely be comfortable seeing her for any other issue if Dr. Duck wasn't available in the future.

Dr. Robertson is the best! As new parents, he never makes us feel bad for asking a ton of questions. He’s always so helpful and encouraging and gives us a lot of great information along the way.

Great service, doctors who care, a playful waiting area with well and sick sides to keep the spread of germs down. 24 hour nurse line. Daily time reserved for same day appointments for sick kids. They even have walk in hours in the day and evening where they will see your sick kiddo with no appointment. You can't get this kind of service with a smaller office.

My son has a condition that makes me come in often and so I have met most if not all of the doctors here. They are all knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. They take the time to interact with my son and strive to make his experiences as comfortable as possible.

I highly recommend these pediatricians with my whole heart.

TLDR; Dr. Caldwell (retired), Dr. Russell, Dr. Einsenberg and Elle NP are/were all great. We have never had a problem with the front or check out desks and we were here frequently.

My son has been going here since he was born and saw Dr. Caldwell before he retired. We loved Caldwell, he was always very nice and informative. My son had problems with severe reflux and projectile vomiting. They were very proactive and had us get testing done to rule out certain physical issues. We had to change his formula 9 times to find one that didn't give him reflux, every time we were supported and Caldwell trusted I had done my research when we settled on a goat milk formula marketed for 12mo+ (he was 4mo).

After Caldwell retired, we began seeing Dr. Russell. He's fantastic as well. My son developed a mysterious reoccurring high fever every 3 weeks. Needless to say, we were here a lot. Russell gave us a referral to UVA (whom never contacted us). Elle, their NP, is just the best. During one of his fevers, he saw Elle. She recommended he get blood taken to check for any red flags behind his fevers. She's also very nice and personable. Now I always ask for her if Russell isn't available.

We've never had problems with the front and checkout desk being rude or short, and for a while we were there every 3 weeks like clockwork.

Dr.Esienberg is phenomenal! My sibblings and I all had her when we were kids and ever since I found out I was pregnant I knew I wanted her as my sons pediatrician. She answers all my questions, seems to actually care and listen to your thoughts and concerns. She definitely has a very welcoming and caring atmosphere. Dr. Esienberg has for sure calmed my worries as a first time mom! - Not to mention we have always had a great experience with Winchester Pediatric Clinic staff.

Amazing office filled with amazing staff. Thank you for all you guys do! We love Dr. Damron and we just saw Dr. Blansett today for a sick visit and was very impressed with her as well. Called at 2:30pm on a Friday in the middle of flu season, and they gave me a few different options on appointment times for a same day sick visit. Their after office hours and holiday hours put my mind at ease as well. Thank you all so much.

Dr robertson is a great man. He has treated my wife and i with respect and kindness. He takes his time to answer all of our questions usually using metaphors to help us understand better. We have twin boys so you can imagine we've been there to see him and other staff a few times. Never had an issue with the facility or their guidance. Thanks doc your the man!

I've never had a problem with the receptionist and we have only seen Dr Volinsky but he is great. We would recommend him to any parent. He's very friendly and spends as much time as you need, every time. Evening hours have been used on multiple occasions, and even when the line is long it's not nearly as bad as the emergency room wait.

Dr Robertson is 5 starts.

But the treatment from the receptionist are defiantly unreasonable great. Constantly giving you run around.
Lack of communication and skills to talk to their patients.

I was a patient at this practice when I was a child, Dr Caldwell was my pediatrician, he has been there since 1983. He has also been my children's doctor. I have 5 boys and they've all been his patients. When we can't get an appointment with him we try to see Dr Volinsky or Dr Dameron (Dr. Dameron's father was a pediatrician in the practice when I was a child until he retired) All of the pediatricians there are good, those are just my favorites, when my children were infants they always had on call hours for serious questions and the doctor on call would always call me back, even in the middle of the night. They have holiday, after hours and weekend hours although they have gotten shorter and shorter. At least they still have them! The office is meticulously clean, well organized, staffed well and the nurses and doctors are all friendly and helpful. I can't recommend them enough! Especially Dr Caldwell! He is so great with the kids, very thorough and is good with newborns, infants, toddlers, and school age children. When my oldest aged out at 18 we were so sad. No other doctors office is as good as this one! When we briefly lived in northern VA we tried a few different pediatricians, none were even as close to as good and as professional as this office! We moved back and are so glad! can not recommend this practice enough! :)

Went to the night clinic Dr.Robertson was the doctor . He was fast and made my daughter feel at ease while trying to treat her . Only thing that could be better is that there is no toys to entertain while we wait . The fish tank is only thing . Especially when I get there at 6:00 and check out at 7:15 . Need a little extra . Block tables or something .

Simply the best! We see Dr. Volinsky and he's always on point. Very pleasant atmosphere and everyone is always professional.

I love Winchester Pediatric. I went to this practice when I was a kid seeing Dr. Damron Sr. Now my daughter goes here. We love Dr. Caldwell, Dr. Robertson, Dr. Damron Jr, and Jackie. Thanks for always taking such great care of our family. Would never consider going anywhere else. I refer friends to Winchester Pediatric all the time.

Great doctors, responsive free nurse advice line for patients, walk in hours every day (and only 160 for the visit without insurance), usually very little wait time for the emergency walk in hours, they have agreements with winchester medical center so if you need the emergency room you'll be right in. Sick and well waiting rooms to help keep germs at bay, playful and fun examination rooms, great staff, and they even have a fish tank. Oh, and no crazy germ spreading non vaccination parents allowed.

Every single member of this office has always been pleasant, efficient, and helpful. I genuinely believe they care about my child and our family. I'm not an easy person to impress and I am grateful for these folks.

I attended Winchester Pediatrics and now I take my children. I would never go anywhere else. I do have my favorite Doctors, however they all make a good team and really care about the children.

Absolutely love the staff and the Drs. Dr. Dansie is the best he takes the time to talk with you and make sure all your questions are answered before he leaves the room . He is very thorough and my kids love him.
